Chips. Everyone loves them. Everyone eats them. Even if you don't love them or eat them, you love them or eat them.

But there's so many kinds! What's the best?

There are some Rosemary and Olive Oil flavored chips I get sometimes that are really good. Also kettle cooked is superior

Yeah the crunchiness of kettle chips is unsurpassed. I dare say it's the pono of chip cooking styles.

Oh what a coincidence that I see this thread today, OP. I just so happened to have some potato chips with my lunch today. Of course they were kettle cooked, salt & vinegar flavor. The taste was intense, but it did leave a little too much residue on my fingers. Already mentioned by somebody in the thread, but Rosemary and Garlic is probably my favorite.
