I realized a bit after she sent in the kill on you that that was probably the reason why lol.
And yes, good instincts, it was the fake claim I decided to provide her with if she wanted to use it. It's actually proven rather useful, but at the end of the day it was all down to how Town chose to deal with it if she chose to claim it, and so far they are basically just choosing to forget about it.

I think the stars have aligned for swamped, at night scum will have their hands full with rac and the cop, sparks will be next in the chopping block,
10 players, febe lunched, townie NK'd(rac or cop), townie SK'd -> 7 players(4, 2, 1) there they would lunch sparks over her and only the godfather Zeke would be left alive, that is the best scum role to keep hidden for her miller claim
I doubt sparks will survive after FB falls so D5 would have only 4 players, 2 townies, Zeke and swamps and if she avoids being luncheon there I think she wins?

Yep, I was talking about this a bit in modchat before the day started.
Basically, if both Scum and the SK continue to shoot at Town instead of each other, it can get down to a 2-1-1 MyLo scenario where Town basically can't win, unless they No Lunch and the SK and Mafia shoot each other, which is highly unlikely.

Honestly I think it will be worse when I sit in on modchat on another game in prep for my own game just because I'll learn all the spoilers right away.
I'm a sucker for spoilers (partly because I don't want to have to look back at previous spoilers to see what I missed) so I'm sure eventually I'll cave fully.

Yeah, SU was the first time I've known full spoilers from the start, so this is two times in a row that I've been able to watch a game from this vantage point.
It is fun being able to observe things like this I think. It helps me to figure out how Scum interact with each other during the day, and what is actually indicative of Scum behavior vs. what are things that are more NAI than they are scummy. It's also helping me with spotting scummy votes, being able to really pay attention to how they differ from townie ones, or at least some common patterns that I've picked up on that seem more likely to be indicative of a scummy vote I suppose.

I'm heading to bed now, probably should have like an hour ago, but I just wanted to say thanks to everyone hanging out in here for making it a fun place to chill. I've been feeling like shit and kind of lonely lately just due to life stuff, and running the game has been a good escape but also kind of stressful, but it's still fun to come in here and joke around/reminisce about past games or see people's reads/thoughts on this game so yeah, I really appreciate all the enthusiasm in here. <3

For me it was less you doubting the Miller and more you doubting the Miller instantly after claiming with no further evidence.
There wasn't really a good reason why you'd suspect a Miller after swampeds claim, made me suspect you knew more about the game than everyone else. I was split between you being a cop of some form vs scum as well.

Yeah, I'm most suspicious of Fire. Town has two chances to hit scum before they lose. I think those are good targets.

Mao comes in and immediatly draws attention to Malus being convinced of him. Nin was obviously in favour of Mao. Kill two players to frame one single target? This feels like a scum ploy. Scum!Mao could probably pull this. But I think it's more likely for Aeleus to be the vig shooting malus. And nin was the maf kill, because he wasn't really in contention (maybe even rolecoped before, who knows he left some big hints d1). Rac was probably blocked and left alive.

Yup. His distancing from Fireblend was quite remarkable in my opinion.

6 town-3 scum-1 sk, they lynch Fireblend today 100%, 6-2-1, Mafia shoots rac probably, sk kills not rac. 4-2-1, assuming they lynch sparks, mafia then probably goes for the claimed cop, sk goes for someone else. 2-1-1. Now it's a 50/50, they either lynch swamped because they have to or they realize zeke is scum. Either way I don't think town will win this if Swamped doesn't go for the obvious kill(rac/cop)

Yeah, the 2-1-1 is the worst spot for Town to end up in. They basically need Swamped to shoot at Scum for them, or for Scum to try to shoot Swamped to have a chance going into the final days, otherwise the numbers just don't work for them in endgame.

I'm not sure when, I kind of want to get the gam reviewed and done and put on schedule first, but depending on how many games will be before mine I might end up sitting in on yours (I know already I won't be able to play it anyways unfortunately but maybe being in modchat might be fine.)
I'm feeling good on Mao, Kits, and rac but I am a little suspicious of Fireblend so I support rac's plan to focus on him.
Stan has been different but I kind of like it. It reminds me of him at the end of SU when he was taking things calming and making sure he was making the right decisions. He's already stated that he's starting to learn from his past tunneling on nin and B-Dubs so this attitude make sense. Nin came in as Nin 2.0 but maybe it was really Stan that is the 2.0
That's a shame, I was hoping you would play. But yeah if they allow you to be in modchat then you should grab that opportunity.

There is a possibility I may be able to actually play, it just all depends on how my job is going and if I have the energy plus everything else going on currently.

The thing with Fireblend is that the reasons as to why he's getting votes seem weak. I'd expect mafia!Fireblend to be cautious enough not to cast that rushed vote on Kopite so close to EoD, so Zeke giving him a hard time for that feels a bit weird. And I actually buy Fireblend's argument that his case went from 0 to 100 extremely fast and players don't seem interested enough to engage with his counter-arguments. So it feels like an orchestrated attempt to take down a dangerous player.
Then you have him putting out some long posts too. I'd prefer to look for meanies between those avoiding to participate too much first, just in case you're barking at the wrong tree and risk losing a good asset to town.
To be fair I'm biased due to recently reading Fireblend being super frustrated after Conspiracy.

Yeah I can see that, his vote on Kophite really did come off to me as trying to break up the tie because no one else was really, I guess I'm just still unsure about him. Out of the people in the game he's someone I'd probably keep my eye on but I'd focus on other players that are more suspicious to me (like Sparks who he has been trying to keep focused on.) XD
I could see a world where scum is taking advantage of Fireblend being suspicious to throw the heat off of them.

It would probably be a good idea to do it soon I think. 24 hours have passed, I think coming out with the red check now would give everyone some time to react and discuss a bit while also looking back on FB's posts knowing that he is Scum. The Sparks connection should sink in I think since people are already talking about that, Zeke will probably still be fine though.

Hmmm something about Swamped's read list makes me a bit suspicious of her. She is largely town reading people that are being townread right now (Except for Mao who is being scumread by a few still), she's scrumreading Fireblend and Sparks who have been getting a lot of heat, and she's neutral on most of the people I'm unsure of.
Also I found it weird when looking at the Kophite vote she completely gives Zeke a pass (Who I have been largely liking the posts of) while putting all suspicion on Fireblend (something he keeps getting flack for) without even discussing her own involvement.

Yes I was just about to comment on it. A messenger claim is an interesting one to claim as it is certainly a way of claiming they are town, but they also mentioned possibly being roleblocked which would explain why no one got one and be a easy cover if they are in fact scum.

HOLY CRAP this is annoying me so much right now. When rac mentioned he got the check I got excited because that means rac is the town watcher and therefore town. I didn't actually think Aeleus was the amnesia cop but I checked your spoilers figuring it was about the check (I'm fine with that XD)
