And yeah, bummed about Monkey going out like that, but I'm glad we nailed Zeke early. Dude can be slippery as scum. Not an ideal situation, but at least we made the best of it. Just sucks that we don't really have much interaction with him and everyone else.

Quick question before I go into some other reads, is what the orb does and how you use it tomorrow explained at all in the PM you got?

For my own paranoia why did you pick me for this chat?
Since we're sharing reads I want your opinion on Kyan. Reading the day phase it looks like he claimed one thing and zeke's flip says another but I don't know how much of that is lying? If that makes sense? Zeke seemed pretty much dead by the time Kyan claimed making the role so I'm not sure a scum!kyan does that just to put heat on himself.

Yeah so basically I'm a gossip who doesn't actually have any control over who I talk to at night except for the initial person I give it to lol. You actually could have thrown it to another player during day 1 and I would have talked to them instead unless they passed it to someone else. If I didn't pick anyone it would have gone to a random person. During the next day you can choose someone else to give it to and I talk to them during the night phase. If you don't pick anyone it just goes to a random player.

It was early and I kind of just wanted to use it. I mentioned you were one of the players I was town reading earlier and I felt like I would get a better chat with you than the others. Honestly if I waited I might have gone Loki instead, but I'm still town reading you, so I'm not too broken up about it.
There is a world where Kyan just goes all in on busing a already dead Zeke for town cred like that, and I think we should keep on the lookout for that, but I would say town as of now. This just reminds of Kyan's play from EZA too much for me to go into conspiracy land. Also I think scum makes their story a bit more bulletproof if Kyan was just busing. Like I don't think Kyan would have been as off about the PM as he was in that case. Think Salva just tweaked it for scum.

That makes sense. I am a little worried that he had 2-shots and nowhere in his PM does it say he can't shoot twice in a single phase but it does say he can't shoot non-town unless I missed it. Seeing as Zeke did say Salva clarified that to him I could see it just not being in the PM but, still. WIFOM.

No yeah I’ll leave it up to you on who I talk to. Yeah that’s a good point about Kyan. It is weird that the shot just didn’t work. I think the best idea would be to keep an eye on him, but I think we should elsewhere as of now.

Any other reads your kicking around. The players just kind of hanging out in the background are making me nervous as of now. Also if Terra did get a role made by Zeke that means we can’t just trust people saying which roles they made

Oh here’s a gut read. I think Jman is town and I’m concerned about the push for him. Need to look into who’s doing that.

Also I think I agree with you on Jman. I've only played with him once before but he seems the same with just a lot of enthusiasm but not a lot of focus on where it goes. I am a bit wary about his apparent role that Vere made since not using that 'take a vote away' command has a caveat in it but we don't know what that is yet. Something I'm keeping in mind anyway. Anyone of the people who are pushing his narrative that stick out to you?
I'll admit I laughed when I saw LP only had 1 post for D1. Hawthorne worries me because I know she can play a good scum game and her posts just give me scum vibes. However, I still feel bad for what happened last game and I'm not totally confident on her yet so I don't know if I'd rush out and ask for her head. Nin is a big NAI too since he showed up and Zeke was pretty much dead so he could easily buss with no issues. Stan is in a similar spot.

Terra popped in, backed up Zeke by saying he had his the role Zeke made, and dropped a vote on someone else. He was pretty much the only person who wasn't ready to just off Zeke. I just don't know if scum would connect themselves to dead scum like that.
No one specifically is sticking out on Jman, but I need to reread that part of the game. I'm going to reread from where Jman popped in and I'll get back to you.
Yeah, those are the ones I'm keeping an eye on as well. Launch and Vere are making me kind of nervous, but I don't think I would vote for either of them as of now. It sucks because I knew this was going to happen. Getting rid of Zeke was the play we needed to make but it made it so there's just not much too look into.

Vere is funny because his talkback to monkey early on actually made me scum lean him a tiny tiny bit but I wanted to see how monkey would react to that first. Then monkey died and everything spiraled into chaos but I was worried about him early on. He feels townie for now but he's someone I'd read over again too. So let’s say Terra is town. That means Zeke was the one who made the role which means we have scum making some of our roles as well.
Yeah, that’s where I’m kind of at too. Launch reminds of his play last game. But I just have trouble trusting him.

Is the role block only for the night? Think you can still give it out during the day so you should be good even if the block goes through.
I’ve played with him a couple of times as scum but it’s been a while. Honestly don’t remember much difference. He got caught early is all I remember. Him jumping out with this plan without a care to all he’s seen makes me feel a bit better about him? Like I don’t think scum just plays chaos like this after what happened to Zeke.

Shrug, no clue.
Yeah, that's my main hangup too. That plus his initial outing of Zipped's role makes me think he is really trying to be helpful in his own way since scum might not want this much attention after that D1.

I get why Zeke took the risk there. He can play the too dumb for scum thing, and Monkey was catching onto him already. Monkey is scary when she’s onto you when you’re scum lol. Like town being as bummed as they are that town Monkey bought it early is probably exactly why he took the risk.

So I very much disagree on the idea that Loki was waffling on Zeke. I can buy Fran hitting on that conclusion, but it feels kind of forced coming from ATP? Had he brought that up before?

Uhhh giving a quick look at his ISO it seems like early on he town read Fran for his 'good analysis on loki's reaction' but that was the extent of it. Not too convincing but I can see the logic of his thought process. Why he is trusting Fran so much is the bigger question.
Think I'll still go for passing the orb to him. Gonna try and get some sleep and hopefully be here before Day Start but no promises.
