It was bluff to hope that town a) didn't shoot at me or b) didn't shoot at the doctor. I was hoping it would draw enough attention to my power for them to focus me.

Still, now I'm wondering if I should have just sold out the doctor since Fireblend is :| right now

Fireblend might be faking this doc claim. Him doubting turmoil this far into the game is really suspect, especially considering he's the one saying mafia has a roleblocker and all.
