That’s actually my second best case scenario for this shot. Now we’ve vanilla’d someone and neutralized the mason claim completely, which could clear two players at once.

But now that I know there’s a defuser right there, getting checked by the cop doesn’t sound so enticing anymore :/

I wonder if the other mason is a neutral. The line about not knowing the others alignment could of course be just one to confuse, but still.

If the other mason claims, be careful about asking stuff Brazil. Like asking if they knew the others alignment, that's kinda too specific. Might give away that we had access to the PM.

Without the PM, we can maybe push the other mason as a scum gambit. There's nothing the mason can do to prove the claim, and the PM missing will look bad.

It slipped my mind for a second that Zeke is the defuser. Nevermind that.

I’ll look over empress’ posts right now to see if I can find a hint or anything.

And don’t worry - I’m planning to let town itself rip at the mason claimant if they actually come forward with a claim today. I wonder if they will. I think the angle you brought up is a good one, and I think it will also be brought up even if we’re not the ones to do it.

Nicole is really belligerent. It’s the reason why I said the players we had to be the most careful about were her and Fand, haha.

If she pushes back again, it may be worth saying that she’s become a target with her claim anyway, so there’s no reason to keep another check to herself.

Almost makes me wonder if he's a doctor trying to get us to try Nicole and lied about the BP claim, and was instead protecting himself that night.

Finding the doctor would be a lovely boon for the next night. I’ll look back at his posts later to think this through.

It’d have been a pretty awesome move for him to claim BP at that point, because, if so, that meant he thought ahead and figured scum would avoid hitting him again due to a third party doctor that doesn’t actually exist.

Also, fair warning: I want to try passively planting the idea that Nicole isn’t a real cop, but instead scum who killed the real cop and scrubbed the flip with the janitor’s power.

Try to avoid commenting on that for a bit when/if someone brings it up.

We have to kill Nicole, because she’ll either check you or Zeke. Either way, well, we’re fucked.

If we do try to kill her, though, we’ll basically be betting against the existence of a doctor in the game. And I can’t envision a role madness game without a doctor :/

I don't know. On the other hand, in a role madness game there may be a bunch of unusual roles instead of classic ones like a doctor.

I'm 90% sure that Nicole is gonna check me, if she can. She got blocked N1, so if she's two-shot, she can't, but I wouldn't wanna bet on that.

I think relying on Nicole being out of shots is more risky than relying on no doctor protecting her anyway. I personally would go for it.

Problem is I struggle to see how we're going to set off your bomb and let me survive before that, I'm at a point where I have to stick my neck out and convince people to lynch somebody not me, or else they'll just go with me immediately.

I'm gonna test the waters a bit to see if people are willing to look more at Natiko and Fandorin. A Zeke lynch or kill is necessary, but me pushing further there is just going to get me killed the next day.

I’m not sure. Maybe you could work something out with the tracker fakeclaim. But you don’t need to (or can’t, really) bring up new relevant information - time it right and you’ll get at least someone to second guess themselves.

Trying to move things in another direction would probably be good. But try not to look too eager, as you were pretty certain about Zeke thus far.

I have a fakeclaim suggestion for you: 2-shot tracker.

On N1, you checked Final (due to the way voting went) and saw him visiting Nicole.
On N2, you checked... Stuart? Because you suspected his claim? Did you openly voice suspicion of someone during D2?

Do you think there’d be any contradictions with that? You could say you weren’t that suspicious of Nicole on d2 because she was still alive despite being visited bun final.

I didn't really voice suspicion of Stuart, no. On D2 I mainly went for Z-Beat again and voiced suspicion of people in that lynch pact, so Zeke, gryvan etc.

Ideally, we switch things around onto Zeke, and not Fand. Fand would be an easier mislynch in the future.

Hold on for a bit longer to see if people become willing to vote for Zeke instead of Fand. Either way I think a claim would save you.

I'll probably wait so 10 minutes and then claim. Either keep my vote on Zeke if people are willing to go there or vote Fand out of self-preservation.
