That I do agree was probably a mistake.
I thought you were scum because I thought Wee was scum. The theory falls a part (clearly) once you realize Wee was never scum. If it makes you feel better, after I saw Faddy's fake claim lined up with his real item, I figured the CHAOS emerald would be for the blades of chaos fake claim and wanted to help you but nope :(

and for my item im still guessing mine was Rebellion, it being the weapon from the franchises (original) direct competitor.

Not all, Thanos' was the gyroid because of the fake claim, Kratos was the rebellion because of what Stan said, the microchip works on anyone that has to do with machines.

I'm also laughing because TP got to have the same item in both games because he ended up as a Sonic character in both and that is hella weird.
When I sent it to Fando thinking i could trust him, I made a joke about emeralds to TP for breadcrumbing later only for it to be his item as well.

The one advantage to my team I guess, all of our items were fairly straight foward. Not sure if Rebellion was random but the capcom connection seemed good enough for me.

This just takes the lie up a notch and I love it.
If anything, it's on the player to be skeptical of what the gamerunner says.
I was even skeptical of Loki but I figured it'd be really odd to have a mod-confirmed town type role be announced at the start of the game. I still kept Loki being possible scum in the back of my head (and mentioned it every little bit. sorry Loki <3) but I wouldn't have considered them til near MyLo as a real contender.

In an earlier draft I had both FoD and FoL kill every night but didn't want the game to end so fast. I wanted it to last at least 8 days but I did the opposite and gave too few kills. Didn't help that nearly all BP's got hit

Town is boned. Their strongest voices left are probably Saw and Chugg and they could be mislunched. Nat as well, but he's a neutral.
Muffin got caught in HvV1 because he was too passive after doing townie things. This time he's learned, plus people are too biased now to see his slips.
And then you've got Brazil who is also town read. However Muffin will likely shoot him at some point.

I think the fact that Vere and Swamped got killed early on is actually a huge boon for Muffin here. There was very little interaction between them in those two day phases, doubt there’s something to look for in there.
At the same time, we had a lot of discussion involving the two other scum teams along the game, which inevitably lead to some links between townies and the other factions. If this was a normal game with a single scum team, Neeks would have been pretty much confirmed, but she’s still being considered for the lynch this phase.

Yep, It does help. And the fact that everyone is like yep yep confirmed no worries there despite Muffin spilling his beans all over the place is the real boon.
No one will trust again after this game and tbh that's good.

No one's really going after AB too hard any more but his last point is so obvious. Every team needed a way to interact with items. That's simply it. Like if someone wanted to go wild and say he changed alignments then sure but there's just no world where AB started as scum. Even before my spot flipped and there was still a missing FoD partner, it never made sense.

Apo was being too mellow throughout. Plus, he claimed his item was the keyblade immediately after he told us it was stolen. This was AFTER i had grilled Muffin about him taking way too long to tell us his item. So, that's how Apo made the list.

That was real and probably my only real proud moment. For as much as I needed to be scum and stuff, I really wanted to use the opportunity to really scum hunt and I realized you didn't fit right.
