I’m honestly still mulling the choice since it sounds like we aren’t the only action not in. Vere clearly implied there was a percent chance Stu didn’t check him. Does that mean he is a random..what? Redirect, commute, etc? Do we let RNG take the wheel or do we go for Flush and hope he does the block thinking he needs to protect at least Vere as well? It’s good we did this before the mass claim in case Vere is just outright safe.

Well the one thing to keep in mind is he now knows Kyaa was scum, and he claimed to kyaa in the chat. Thus he knows we know about him being the power swiper, so he would assume we would avoid him due to that.

Who knows; as I speculated b4, maybe Vere's Role is indeed something like a TRAP CARD, but it makes the Night-action of whoever visits him a %-TO-HIT type instead of the default 100%—

BUT, if so; since Nat you're Ascetic, there could be the possibility on top of that possibility, that his TRAP CARD springs upon you but is immediately countered by your TRAP CARD, yeah? totes.

Apart from that Vere is the big unknown here.

Flush has a big set of powers at his hands:

• Aeleus -> confirm someone, make him immortal next phase
• Donna -> c&p doesn't work on factional kill, but roleblock is the danger here (point for Natiko doing the deed)
  
• Kyan -> go for a 1-1 trade with insta Flush Boom : D at day start
• Muffin -> random reversal -> irrelevant

Which are still available from before?

• Nin -> does he get BP?

Nah Fran won’t do that until actions lock. Also, he can’t steal the used BP. If a role is used up that’s exactly how Flush will inherit it.

Vere is probably a coin flip. The thing is, if Royal doesn’t take a killing role all he can do is stop a NK. That just puts us at 3:3. Then their ONLY hope is three ITA shots, with none of ours hitting. If you and I are here when it starts and we shoot, maybe they’ll go for Gor to try and deny his ITA but that will just unleash the day kill so it balances right back out. Hmm.

You have an Ascetic suit, you can't be touched by any TRAP CARD except something fatal, and stu allegedly already visited Vere with his Investigate, and stu didn't die from it.

They’re both crap shoots. Because Vere is an unknown it’s inherently risky to go for that. The WORST CASE is Flush doesn’t die when we go there. We have no idea what the worst case of Vere is. If we dodge the ITAs there’s literally no way for them to ever win unless Royal stops grabbing protective roles.

If we go Royal and he grabs a protective role:

If we go Royal and he grabs a killing role:

3-3 no change

If we go Vere and his role can redirect, and Royal grabs a protective role:
3-2 ruh roh
