Definitely agree. However I think some Townies may catch on to one other Scum Player given how they acted around your lynch, though it's on them to find it.

Speaking of, how did work go? Hope it all turned out alright.

If it hadn't been for rac's ability this would have likely worked flawlessly. Our Day Ends are so chaotic that a sure-fire lynch just changes on a dime for little to no reason whatsoever. You were definitely right to try and abuse that as Scum. :D

Sadly, yes. Unless something changes it feels like Black Ranger is the surefire lynch right now, maybe someone else if a good case is used to connect Jason to them. But given how Black has just turned to snark and Town's resistance to calling that play something else other Scum will probably lead to their death. But maybe that's part of their plan? Who knows. :p

I will say as of right now Scum is in for a bad wake up. There is still time for actions to change but as of right now....they won't like it.

I was looking for two specific emotes :P and :D and that was the one thing you didn't have as my night 1 Fireblend target. If you posted :P I would have been 100% on you being him.

Since someone in Scum asked but i can't answer it there:

The Neutral's target was actually completely random. We did include it in the Town Role RNG pool but it was not specifically planned to be anyone in particular. It was whoever got the Bulk role was going to be the target regardless. Here it just happened to be Fireblend.

If that someone is Fireblend then I have a better understanding why I was killed in the night. But look how many people wanted to push on me today!

BTW I have no scum reads at all. I said it in PMs that usually I stay alive late into games because I am loud and wrong. Maybe this time I was loud and kind of right.

Had some high hopes for Town to come running out of the gate this Day Phase and so far they've just sort of stumbled and keep tying their shoes together.

Really unsure what Rita's plan is here too....

Thanks Sawneeks for the thoughts. Yeah everything worked out for me at the job. I still have one and am gainfully employed.

That being said some really good people did get let go at my work, some people that had been there 20+ years. It’s been a rough few days at work.

Well, scum got what they wanted, just not how they intended...

At least Kimberly is kind of happy I won!! Though I was probably less aggressive than normal. Either due to costumes or neutral role I didn't push as hard as usual.


Also in retrospect after seeing them again my reads are great! No wonder I got killed.

Let's not give me too much credit for getting you. You PM'd me about timers during monopoly and you posted about them pre game so I was using inside info for reads. It did run through my mind on day 1 that "Zipped always rolls mafia" and I didn't want to be right and get killed so I did a quick reverse.

My Fireblend profile did take a bit of work. I read a bunch of his posts looking for tells and during the game I was checking specific words to see if they are in Fireblend's vocabulary. His written English is WAY better than mine but still it isn't his first language so (probably) isn't as colourful in tone or if he is he has reliable phrases.

But I was so damn confident on the emoticon. And it don't think it is a coincidence he posted it when the game got hectic near the deadline, dropping his guard.

It took me much longer than it should have to realise posting time would be the biggest clue. That really helped narrow it down a bunch. If I had got someone I knew nothing about like SkyOdin it would have been a far harder task. Febe was easy mode.

Really kinda surprised on how Scum is playing this Phase right now. There's a lot that can be pushed and taken advantage of but it's just been so quiet right now....

Not only do I appreciate the effort in roleplaying a new people each day but also the fact they have chosen the perfect person per day phase. The devil may care attitude of Stan on D1, a flip-flopping Kyan D2 and when things get serious for Zack they break out the hard analysis of SweetNicole lol

One day longer than Monopoly so I'm not complaining. Was kinda fun being snarky. Also disappointed. Wanted to see if Scum would go after me after my taunt haha.

I admit, I legit got annoyed a few times and it's shown there.

I also did try hard on D1 but without any real data and no meta, D1 in general was hard and I guess being the most active poster got me on peoples radars. (I remember Zordon saying, I had '20 - 30 scum hunting posts if being generous' or something similar and I was thinking "That's still not nothing and more than other people who didn't get called out).

I don't know what people wanted from me on D1.

And by end of D2 pressure got to me. I obviously don't do well under pressure.

D3 gave me something to work with due to the scum flip but I've not felt great this day phase so my activity dropped and today, I just couldn't be bothered but EoD was just so dead that I started being snarky again which got my lynched.

In the end, it is what it is but I had fun by the end. :)

(I'm also somewhat pleased with myself considering the posts here saying I'm someone else XD. Anyone who guessed it was me doesn't seem to have until D2 or 3 I'm guessing)

These 3 are dead giveaways for me I believe. At least anyone who knows me knows I use these a lot.

Also I had to resist fixing the Zach thing people kept using. While not as obvious as the stuff above, some people may know I have a hard time resisting fixing stuff like that (which is why I fixed the pronoun thing even if I was not the target of the pronoun mistake lol)

I have to say I felt very comfortable pushing on you on Day 2. I thought you were solid town on Day 1 but you were so relunctant to put out a scum read I didn't see it coming back hard on me. Gotta call people mafia.

I just fell under pressure from being called trying to look busy and stuff and was pretty sure any post I tried to dig up would be called nothing/fluff/trying to look busy so never bothered trying.

D1 is hard when you're trying as town. Scum's a little easier cause you get to discuss things in scum chat. Also laying low on D1 is easier lol.

Sawneeks how many people have actively told you they are trying to hide their identity by altering their posting style?

I did a couple of things myself but only because of the awareness of my own role and thinking about counter roles.

The one unfortunate aspect here is that you were new to playing Town and given the whole 'hidden identity' thing here you couldn't really say that without giving yourself away. Or having people not believe you. I think if you were able to be more open about being new to Town that possibly would've relaxed some of the pressure you got on D1. To me, though this might be different in game, it seemed like a lot of people scum reading you just carried over from Day to Day and never changed. Think if that initial push of scum reads was gone it wouldn't have snowballed as much.

Do think the snarkiness got you killed though, same with Goldar. :p

Roughly 4 or so, many of them have still to be caught too.

But it was fun to be snarky haha. I also think it was fun to push my luck since I survived D2 despite my snark haha.

And yeah, I didn't say anything about being new cause if I had and was believed, it would have given me away who I was.

No kills. So some sort of save/block/commute.

I think the low amount of kills in this game is going to drive people crazy. That is 2 mafia misses in a row. Are there seriously no other killing roles because this game is going to take forever. Day 3, 15 players left. If there is 3 mafia then that is 5 mislynches to win, assuming they don't miss again. Tough game.

There is another killing role but it's not direct. There was also the potential for one more but the option for it to happen is now gone. The No Death nights are going to make this long if Scum wins.

a tracker would see who their target visited that night, if they didn't move, it means they didn't visit anyone, or they did and it couldn't be detected.

The way zordon is phrasing it is weird, reminds me more of a motion detector.
