Here's my role that is silly and I love very much. I am an alien hypnotist and can send fake messages during the night, out of the following list (each one can be sent only once).
Possible messages:
Some of these I think could give away easily that there are fake messages going around. The recruitment and secret messages ones maybe are the safest ones to send.

Possible messages:
- You get the sense someone investigated you last night.
- You received a secret message last night that read, "There are two members of the mafia remaining."
- You get the sense you almost died last night.
- Someone tried to recruit you last night.
- You receive a message that says, "Don't vote for X today." (X must not be a member of the mafia team)
- You were hypnotized into sleepwalking and visited X player last night.
- You get the sense were saved by a protective role last night.
- You have a feeling someone was watching you last night.
- You sensed people discussing you last night.
Some of these I think could give away easily that there are fake messages going around. The recruitment and secret messages ones maybe are the safest ones to send.

Ah, the fact that there's a recruiter and my message is not completely a red herring makes it more interesting.

For the record/future readers: I fully believe the best way to play this role is not to use it. Being watched/tracked in a role madness game is a big risk, none of the messages are immediately useful to convey for scum even if the target believes them (I think) and it's likely town would see through them soon enough. Maybe I can pair it with a neutral claim but that's at best. Neutrals don't really fit the theme of the game either. The only way this role would redeem itself is if message sending is a central mechanic and there will actually be various message senders in the game. That my messages will be redacted upon my flip makes it not completely useless, at least.
That said. I will be using my role.

I think using the 'two players remaining when there's just one of us left on a trustworthy town is a good move, as is using the recruit message to soft confirm town. You'll be under even less suspicion if I flip. You could also trick someone into thinking you were a cop or some other role that can visit using that "someone was watching you" message

He used to play a long time ago. This is his first game since uhh Season 5. I'm not sure how I'd interpret his no lynch vote knowing him. The only reason he's playing this game is the flavor, and flavor wise, no lynch makes sense since the TZ episode is about humans attacking each other while the aliens just watch :P

Fanto seems a bit high-risk, even if it'd be good to get rid of him since he still is suspicious of me (good job Fanto!). I'd avoid them for now, maybe FEP will be even more suspicious of them if they're alive tomorrow.
I'd be ok with a Vincent kill. Kopite, do you intend to continue being a kinda low-activity poster? I don't want to start lynching inactives and then having people ask why scum skipped you.
Hate to do this to my mentee, but how about Saenima? Seems middle of the road enough that we get to keep posters who aren't contributing much but don't risk getting countered with a protective role or something.
As for recruiting, I'd be ok with trying to recruit Cap. The only other thing that jumped at me was this:

I'm trying to be middle of the pack at least. I'll be more active for the first 3/4 of D2 since I'm off work.
I think I'd be happier with a Wee lynch they seem to be doing a decentish job of game solving although I don't know how good of a player they are. Aeleus rubs me the same way but their lynch cost a fair bit of WIFOM for me though so might need to scratch that idea.
And I think Wee is just being a rustled newbie lol.

Wee is anything but a newbie, and they're a great player. I'd be worried about going with a high profile one right now considering this is role madness was and who knows how many protective/watcher roles we've got. I'll leave the decision up to you though since you'll have to submit the kill of were hypnotizing and attempting to recruit as well.

- People seem to agree weemad was the likely NK target.
- Weemad's "proposal" about how to play the game, taken at face value, suggests they have a watching/tracking role of some sort like Zipped's, and was likely protected or Kopite role-blocked. If I had to guess I'd guess the first. Alternatively, they could be some sort of sleepwalker/bulletproof role or have been invited by a Jailor or something, trying to bait a second kill attempt.

I doubt this very much, she definitely would have scumread you more explicitly. The only way I believe this is if saenima has a super suspicious flavor name and she gets those.
