Yeah, makes sense that the person curing the virus and causing the virus uses the same item, they negate each other until one of them gets the item they are both looking for.

At this point, I think we should just assume Thanos will happen, I think it’s an NPC. Half the game will “die” but they probably won’t get flipped so people won’t have new info, we should be prepared for one or two of us to disappear with half the game.

It could be but I'm not really sure. If it had happened earlier I could see it being reversible for sure but it seems to be tied into killing the powerful scum roles (I think one of us actually has an infinity stone too and doesn't know it).
I feel like I need to go before Apop today? He still has a very good shot at his extra kill and that will help move the game along. The main reasoning people have on him is coasting and I'll just be a sticking point forever now especially with Brazil and Saw alive. The main issue is that you are coasting and that's really all people have on you. If anything else big comes up (illuminati), you fall into the background again. My issue is that people don't trust me the longer a game goes on, that isn't going to go away especially with people who play with me often. You also have the extra kill at some point before end game. My power is kind of useless right now, it's 1 vote change but there's still going to be like 16 people tomorrow, the best use of my power is at lylo but I'm not making it to lylo unless someone cop checks and no one thinks godfather immediately which is a lol

Whichever of us dies needs to come clean and explain the illuminati to town before we flip. I'm not saying I would claim illuminati, I'm saying if I'm about to die, I'm going to tell town they are right that I'm scum but we also have been able to find illuminati and that's why we killed Ket and Fando. We can't rely on their flips apparently so we just have to tell the town at some point. It's the only way we can maybe get loki and Muffin lynched and that re-opens the game.
And if you claim illuminati checker then I can't tell them the truth if I'm the one getting lynched because then that just links you into the whole mess, the whole point is to hopefully get them to go for the illuminati next and forget our team for now

We have no way to point out those posts otherwise without tipping that we have extra information, if I'm dying anyway or you are depending on how the vote goes then we might as well use that chance to tip that we have the extra info. My one worry is that Fran has now also said los illuminados in thread but eh, we've lost by process of elimination at this point anyway unless town is willing to lynch/look at loki and Muffin again anyway.
Why would you have reason to point it out? Why didn't you point it out before if you were an illuminati cop? Why didn't you pressure Fando and loki at all? None of your play makes sense to have been a cop for this other faction thus far.

The person dying wouldn't be making a fake town claim, they would be admitting to be scum on their way out the door. If I let them know about it, I'm not doing it to try and save myself, I'm doing it so they have distractions tomorrow for whoever of us is left.
Because town Sorian has no reason to believe something was wrong there, scum team forces of darkness has extra info though, that's the whole point here. Us pretending to be town would have no reason to think anything was up with loki or Muffin, the real us know that something is up. The whole reason we killed Ket and Fando was so that they would flip illuminati and THEN we could point out the issue as town members but they don't flip with their info. That's the hang up here.

They might not, claiming a coroner is whatever, they would still have to either believe the info or not, it doesn't matter how we got the info, it just matters that we did. It's still better than the game state as it is now. Right now we are in a very small PoE with nothing to show for it because our kills keep getting obscured
Whoever dies, it ends up being mostly the same. Your flip has a bit more weight since it specifically talks about the illuminati and mine doesn't but the bigger issue is that I think you can make it to end game easier than I could. I feel like us bussing you now over me just hurts more long term.

Up to you, I still can't think of a good claim for you which is the main issue. If you think you are the one going out anyway then the illuminati thing is fine and no one will believe you now but then you can say more right before you flip or just let your flip speak for itself.
