I noticed that our role PMs don't explicitly say that we know each other's alignments. However, I think it's a reasonable starting assumption that we're both town. I remember from when I was reading the Risk spec thread that Fanto had a lot to say about all our speculation over a town/mafia masons pair, namely that she thought it was stupid and that such a thing doesn't make sense to include in a game.

No worries. A lot of people said that they think the "cardboard cutout of lightning" item is a lightning rod. I looked that up in a mafia wiki, and it looks like that's a term for an ability that redirects all the night actions to a single player, which is what the hoodie does. So if that's what the hoodie does, that can't be the same as what the cardboard cutout does.

Also, Kyanrute posted that he also has a hoodie and that it's bad for town.

Question, do you have any other role abilities outside of being lovers? I do not. And what was your starting cash?

Also, the reason I pop tart voted for Pancakes was how much she talked about being vanilla. Pancakes is underestimated because she's new, but she's a really smart player-- I think it's possible that she made such a point of saying she's vanilla because in fact she has a good town role & she wanted to make mafia think she was vanilla so that they'd be less likely to kill her. I don't see mafia making those posts. That makes me want to give her the pop tart protection. I didn't say it in the thread, because all the speculation around Pancakes has been that she is vanilla, and I didn't want to put ideas in mafia's head.

thing is, since you have been mafia for the past times, the chance of you being mafia again is incredibly low.
Most know that deep inside themselves.
Kya wants to shade you but he wont get that far with it, trust me.

She is giving me town vibes aswell. Currently on if not my top town.

Yeah, the suspicion against me really is based on my past role rolls, it feels like! To be fair, my past three times being mafia don't mean that I'm less likely to be mafia than anyone else, I have the same chance of rolling mafia starting out, but it doesn't mean I'm more likely either. Be careful about defending me too much, because Kyan seems really stuck on me picking you "randomly" for that bet-- if people start to think we're mafia teammates we really will have to claim, and then we'll likely get killed.
