Maybe i'm biased because the thread says assassin and I was kind of excited to get a vig shot or something like that, since it would go well with my role. Also I just googled your character and that has to be one of the horniest designs I have ever seen, lol.

I think Assassin was conflated with just being a spy-type class. The command is “seduce”. Actually, the Assassin thing and the vote thief ability are why I made my first post in the game thread saying I looked at all the key words in red and thought “aw fuck I rolled scum”.

If it’s fine with you, I don’t plan to use my ability until later in the game. I doubt I’ll be the night kill tonight, and I think odds are even lower for you. I’m not sure what your command seals or abilities can do, but if you want to keep them to yourself until you’re sure you can trust me, that’s totally fine. I’m intending to play the game as basically a vanilla for now.

Also, when I saw that Jman post, I had to stop myself from saying something to you directly in the thread. I think Jman is trying to bait a night kill; I’m almost certain he is not a master, but a servant. He talked big about putting himself out there, but he probably thinks doesn’t have a super useful ability and he would just get himself killed versus him and his partner. I don’t think Jman puts a partner in scum sights like that, he’s too considerate of others. Probably not a super useful play on his part, but we’ll see how it goes.

Just some thoughts:

• Fran's final vote coming in underlined, and only on Zeke's name, is extremely weird. If he had fumbled and accidentally hit the underline button, I would have expected the word "vote" to be accidentally underlined, as well. If Zeke is scum, I think Fran might be as well. I don't have a good handle on Fran, but it feels like he's been putting more effort into reading the game, though maybe that's him forcing himself a little too much and why it's standing out to me.
• Aside from you, there are three players who did not have a vote down at day end - TWE, Stan, and HP.
  • I think town!Stan could easily have forgotten to put a vote down, though scum!Stan could also have done it on purpose, maybe because scum team didn't know how the final vote would spin out. NAI.
  • TWE is maybe the most suspect. He posted at about an hour to day end, but didn't put a vote down then, so we know he was at least around. Especially suspicious because TWE raised suspicions of SkyOdin, and SkyOdin had a vote already so that would've made him a contending train, but TWE still did not vote.
  • HP could just be new and lost track of time, or too careful to make a move at the end. It's NAI.
• Zipped showing up to save his own ass is also NAI. I would've voted there, but I didn't have much against him.
• There's a group of folks I think is playing within their town range, but I need more time to properly assess:
  • wee - I have a harder time reading wee than most, but I think time will clear them up. I'm not too worried about solving them yet.
  • Maol - Same as wee.
  • Stan - Stan definitely has his tells that show up as the game goes. If he hasn't made a meaningful contribution by D3, it's likely he's spinning his wheels as scum.
  • LP - Same deal as Stan. Went to have a look at what he's contributed so far, and it's not much, but LP usually has a few posts that are very good and that's how you write him off as town.
• I was hesitant to put you down as a town read in the game thread in case scum figured out I was a Servant from what I've said so far; a forced town read on you might have given you away.
• So what I've got is:
  • Town Leans - Nat, Ephi, Salva, Jman, Hawthorn, Sorian
  • Keeping an Eye On - wee, Stan, Maol, LP
  • Null - FateShirou, HP, Fran, Zipped
  • Sus - Zeke, Odin, TWE

I'm going to focus on clearing up the null reads and pushing the sus players this coming phase.

I think I’m going to steal Zeke’s vote tonight.

I also think Nat might be scum. I was looking at where his vote has gone. Zeke is likely scum and Nat is a strong busser. He’s pushed on Zeke the last two days, hasn’t really moved on to any other votes. He avoided voting for Odín or TWE, even though he seemed to be looking at the latter.

I’ll think on some other angles.

I think the command seals are meant to sow dissent between us, feed into that paranoia. And it's been working with like Fran/Jman. lol

Yeah, Nat's giving me the same vibe as Risk here, too. I think he started picking at me to see if I'd trip over myself (which in fairness, I do pretty often) but let up when he didn't get what he wanted. Otherwise, he's just been lying low. I think town!Nat is more of a leader than this.

Either way, scum doesn’t really have a choice but to kill Fran tonight or tomorrow night if he’s not scum, because they don’t know how many shots he could have. I think that’s how we’ll know if he’s really town, if he’s dead before D4.

• I think Hawthorn has been way too proactive to be scum, even if the thinking with her plan didn't play out.

Zipped

• I feel like Zipped is town on the basis of how he tried to play that pairs chat numbering angle. I'm not sure about that, but he would have had to have Pair Chat 9 as scum to be able to gamble on whether that line of discussion without it backfiring on him. The only way that trap works for scum is if he knows that there are more than 7 Pairs Chats; we're 8, so the probability is very small.

Fran

• What I said above is basically it. We'll have to wait this one out, but he's probably just the doctor.

wee

• wee just feels like the same wee I've played with a bunch of games in a row now. The only thing I would say that makes me suspect them a bit is that they said something positive about me. :v

Townish

• That reads list he posted near day end was pretty off the mark with where most people are looking and where I think scum is, so I think he's probably town. I remember hearing TWE is a notorious busser, so I think depending on how right/wrong he ends up being will determine whether he's scum.

Stan

• I feel pretty good about Stan. Aside from him pushing Zeke, if Zeke ends up being scum, Stan is unlikely to be scum with him. scum!Stan would have left his vote on Zeke before going to bed, in case a bus happened. He needs to be thinking about preempting these things. Instead, he swapped over to SkyOdin before leaving.

Ephi

• I stand by my initial read of Ephi, but she will be someone to keep in mind. My read there is deteriorating a bit since she was off wagon yesterday. I think Fran's read on her was a little harsh, but there are some flags there.

Salva

• I do need to come clean, while I came into the relationship in a trusting way, I have been keeping an eye on you to see how you'd react to things. My role has very little utility, so offering that up didn't seem like a huge blow to town. However, I feel pretty good about you based on the little analysis you've made in the thread, you trying to put distance between us when I said you were probably town, and that you being guarded with information in the chat.

• I'm not sure if Shirou was defending SkyOdin because that was his partner or to look good when he flipped. I'm pretty wary of Shirou right now, but it may be nothing.
• If SkyOdin was Shirou's servant, then with the absence of a town vig, I think that mechanically clears Shirou as town. The problem is we need to solve whether they were actually partners, which is still an uncertain thing.

HPSauce

• I'm probably one of the bigger town voices, and HPSauce followed my read on the SkyOdin/FateShirou. If HP is scum, it's because I was setting up dominoes there with Odin's flip and that I'd still pursure Shirou after Odin flipped town.
• Voted for SkyOdin *after* he voted for you for very little contribution. Noteworthy because it was a pretty quick turnaround, but on its own, maybe nothing.
• Always shows up late enough to springboard off of someone else's reads (i.e. calling TownVTown after the Jman/Fran stuff had resolved itself)
• Generally surface level reads.
• Post #1042 - offers to answer questions to seem engaged with the game, even if he doesn't have any other reads.
• Honestly, if HP is scum, he's done a very good job hiding, but I think there a bunch of small things that add up to him feeling off. He could also just be too new.

Maol

• I think it's worth keeping Maol in mind at this point. He is very sneaky, but I don't have much to go off of other than he was wrong about SkyOdin. lol

Scum

Zeke

• Zeke has basically done nothing this game. He lacks any interest in solving the game. His only read was town reading Fran on D1. He is just here to meme. I saw more effort out of Zeke to blend in and solve in Mario Kart, but we may have saw how that didn't work out for him and just gave up that way of thinking.
• Zeke didn't say anything about Odin before hammering the vote. Hammering the vote also lacked any consideration for anyone wanting to say anything before day end.
• Also refused to give a read on SkyOdin when I asked him.

Natiko

• Like we mentioned, Nat's been on Zeke most of the game. If Zeke is scum, I'm almost certain Nat is scum. Bussing me to high heaven in Risk, and Zeke's scum attitude being "meh bus me if you need to" make this a likely scenario.
• Nat's been picking on jman and me where he detected weakness. I was likening this to he and I arguing in HvV3 when we were both cult members with town interests in mind, but maybe it's more accurate to say he did not have town's interest in mind in that game. So, this might be the same case.
• scum!Nat acts more like a klutz than he actually is, too. Certainly has an air of that here with the "oops new posts while I was typing a post!"
