I'm torn on it, it comes off as unhinged Fate but it makes no sense to me why he would try to divert away from Bojack because it just makes him look bad when Bojack flips. Like given the flip today, I probably would have pushed for bojack vote after turmoil anyways and he would look bad if bojack flips. For me, I think the last scum is someone who quietly accepted what happened today without creating attention by staying on turmoil without putting up a fuss. Gives you big town cred and it's much less work. It's gotta be hobo!

Fate was already pinging my radar for a while, and i still think he makes sense today the way he got pissed yesterday that we started a train on Bojack, he was throwing a big tantrum. I couldn't see that as anything else than scummy, cause why the hell would town be so frustrated that we aren't turboing someone and opting to dig more info instead??

So i think that frustration came from his little scummy heart and was sincere. Scum plan yesterday was probably something like this: let's have turm play the martyr and see if it sticks, if it doesn't, let's turbo him and get town cred while we diverge town from getting any more info on bojack and the other. But when all three of these failed (lol), Fate probably couldn't keep his cool and tried to reverse it.

Yeah, scum will do that, they will try to balance the risk and the benefit of town cred and leaving footprints to mislead town.

With 18 players i think it's most likely only 4 mafia, maybe there's a neutral if they aren't a threat to town, like a survivor or something.

At this point, flipping EC -> Hobo -> Fate seems safer. I don't ever see scum!maol pulling off this gambit, maybe neutral!maol but this is just too dumb of a play to do as the last possible scum.

I don't know if he's lying but I'd rather vote out Hobo first and then we can deal with Fate/Maol the day afterwards. This play makes no sense, especially as the final scum. This is like what Monkey did in MGS but Monkey was at least self-tailored.
