I got drunk partway through that and didn't keep up at all with what happened. I need to catch up myself now that I'm sobered up. lol
So let me just tell you what my role is because if you have any thoughts on the game, it'll be useful to get them out there. I'm an Announcer. I don't have any command seals. The flavor is I'm a servant in a master's body. LoVe gave me a choice on N0 between two ways my role could work. The way I choose was that I will be told after night actions lock who died and any other information that could in the day opening post. At that point, I have until day start to send LoVe a PM with what I want announced. I can say basically anything I want as long as it's within the rules - so reads is what I was going to do, but I was planning on doing it in character as a wrestling announcer and with goofy images. lol I'm starting to work on it now so that I have it ready and just insert whatever thoughts I have about the night kill then so it's a quick turnaround.
I won't be able to get my announcement post through if I die that night, though, although that would be the least of our worries. I was hoping putting myself out there would have scum read me as a servant who wasn't concerned with dying, but if that doesn't work out well sorry and RIP

That Z-Beat push didn’t feel right with me. I didn’t see the mess of votes flowing through right before and I let Nat goad me into switching my vote. There was scum there somewhere, I don’t know if it was VA or ATP or who.

Weird, yes. If it were any other player, it would be totally out of sorts, but Fate is just generally all over the place. He flipped his read on me like 3 times today. I have doubts about him and his self-watcher claim, but I'm not sure enough to push on him.

on a reread, I think Fate’s suspicion on you feels legitimate. He’s a little wild trying to start a train on you, but it doesn’t read as scum motivated to me. scum!Fate last game wasn’t so bold, he probably would’ve asked why you voted for Z-Beat all of a sudden.

After Fate votes for Z-Beat, Natiko moves his vote to Z-Beat. Natiko also calls out Launch on #1908 for voting alongside FluxWaveZ, a potential goad. Potential read is that Natiko was pushing several avenues to get votes off of VA or someone in "all the rest".
- On the other hand, Launch waiting until the final moments to vote for Vincent Alexander, then switching to Z-Beat when called out for not applying his logic consistently, is just as notable. Also engages in hand-wringing ahead of Z-Beat's ejection on #1880.
- FateShirou tries to peel off votes from Z-Beat on #1883, and tries to start a train on Stan in the final moments of the day phase. A bold move for any player.

man, I was sweating bullets last night when you were confirming if I was a servant. I had it in my head that I would claim servant if I ever had to claim, since I thought claiming master might make us more appealing night kill targets to scum, but I never actually said it in here. I was trying to signal it to you with that "servant in somebody's body", since I said that as "servant in a master's body" in here. I was like shit Stan is going to kill me for lying lmao though with the way things played out, it seems like it might've been a good call.

I made up the servant bit, but only partially. The role PM does say Jaguar Warrior is a lancer in red text, it’s in a paragraph below the alignment rather than above where it says master/servant, servant, class, etc. I don’t know if that part of the PM interacts with anything. What’s above the alignment is what you’d expect - master, Stan, assassin.
Also, I don’t think I said, but you turned that day around from us being dead to getting Nat out of the picture, so good job with that.
I am thinking it might be a good idea to ask the hunter that was after Nat, if they’ve got the same PM which Id guess they do since they won, to claim. That’d solve a slot really quickly and it’s risky to CC.

I was taking a break from analysis after that whole day phase being stressful, or at least I told myself that. I’ve been aggregating the responses to Nat’s fake red and doing some cursory thoughts.
Reki and Ephi are bubbling up to the top right now. Short story is they seemed to be entertaining that the check was wrong more immediately and elaborately than anyone else. Reki’s specifically seems to come from a direction of "if Nat was trying something, I'd look at X" and "this might be a hunter", which would have led to us wasting yesterday and the following day on two non-scum votes.

Terra seems lock town. Town!Terra crumbs his role early. I haven't even gone back to verify what he's crumb, but he said he did and he's probably right. Not worth spending the time on that imo.
VA's role claim seems weird and believable, I don't think VA of all players goes for an elaborate fake claim like this. Leaning towards thinking he's town.
At this point, that just leaves ATP as the last D2 wagon that I'm unsure of. He also bought my roleclaim very quickly, but other than a wacky opening post D3, he's been hard to read.

Been doing an LP-type vote analysis with times people have been on a winning or second wagon or just off wagon. HP definitely stands out, he's never been on a first wagon - twice on a second wagon, once off-wagon. He's been giving me weird vibes, too. I can definitely see it for him

Also, it feels like we’re doing bad, but with how many neutrals there have been, I’m figuring this is at most a 5 player scum team. 19 players currently in the game, tomorrow potentially 17/18. Since they’ve been hitting a lot of one kill nights to get PRs and they hit neutral in Hedin/Flux, numbers wise I don’t think it’s as bad as it seems

I'm really feeling like taking a step back here, I feel like I'm falling into a rut again as the game goes like in the first Fate. I'm at the stage where I start questioning myself a lot and I make bad calls to not follow the things that end up being right, in lieu of some bigger distraction. Feels like that's what happened with VA here.
How I'm looking at the game right now, there are only a handful of players that I feel good about because they have roles to back them up, like Zem, SkyOdin, and you. The Zem and SkyOdin claims back each other up; SkyOdin will probably be killed tonight, if I had to guess, so that'll corroborate that Zem's vig shot went through on A N1.
Otherwise, everyone needs to stay in the POE at this point.

I have no idea if you're on this wavelength, but something is definitely feels up with this game. I don't know if Zipped is right and this really is a town vs town game, or if scum is flipping town? The scummiest thing I've saw today was Faddy going off-wagon to vote me when I voted him, and tbh I think that's just Faddy being Faddy. I don't have a solid scum read and I feel like I'm losing my mind.

Im just now catching up on the day end, i dont believe this is a TvT game because that would be a fucking awful idea in a game this size, its just gathering 28 people together and lying to them about the basic process of the game their playing and letting them lose in what could only turn out to be a confusing and frustrating spiral that pisses everyone off.
And i just dont think LoVe would do that, nor would the game reviewers approve it.

OKay im caught up and still confused as to why so many voted Zipped, the conspiracy is wrong (it better be) but it was something anyone could think up given this games framing and lack of scum flips.

Yesterday was a bad day for me. Honestly, I kept looking at the game board and the whole thing wasn't making sense to me. Zipped is where I landed for a bit, but it didn't feel right, either. The TvT thing is what you said - anyone could've said that, and he went to the grave shouting about it. I jumped off to see if there were any takes for Faddy, who I still have a bad feeling about. Maybe people thought I was trying to avoid a Zipped vote because we were both scum and just piled on him after seeing that.
I think Faddy and HP looked very sus right now, though. More than anyone else. I got lulled by HP's frustration and Faddy possibly fitting into the bussing mentality who saw it as a good chance to get mad and jump off when I voted him.
Other than those two, I'm not sure where I'd go. There are still a lot of players that stand out as potentials.

heres an open question, why actually is Terra so high there.
Like everyone is pretty agreed on him leaning far townier than most but when someone brought it up at the end of day there i couldnt actually remember much that really sold that read of him.

That's a tough question for me in particular. I've played with Terra so many times at this point, that there's a good chunk of gut involved. He's shown qualities I typically associate with his town play - tenacious/pedantic arguments with players he doesn't know, softing/crumbing his role early, being generally lost on who to push and getting some stuff wrong but making valid points. In Risk, he was just all the way in on bussing me out for several days and wouldn't let that go. Maybe if he was so certain that one particular player were scum and got really intense about it, it would raise some flags, but I haven't seen him do that here.
I think he's shown that he's trying to hunt scum through the reads and points he's made, even though he hasn't been right yet (well, none of us have really so that's not a point against him). I am going to have a tinfoil for him until the game is over, but I just don't see him being scum as likely as it would be some of these other players. If he's scum, it'd be easier to start with a partner and work our way up to him through connections than starting with him imo. I realize that's not how the rest of the game feels, I'm figuring folks are starting to feel anxious that we haven't had a flip, since he got a few votes there at the end.

also I think his roleclaim and the decisions he’s made with that role make sense, even if it’s not provable. Faddy’s claim is way more shady, since he’s chosen just safe options that he could have deduced (Zem). If Terra is scum, it was a huge gamble to say Blarg didn’t move N2, which we know to be true now. Blarg’s partner was Leo, so not scum.
On that note, someone blocking Blarg specifically seemed like a waste for scum to do blindly, so I am feeling like there’s at least some truth to the role blocking being more than one person. The issue is how exactly, although that’s not something I want to spend time on but it’s worth mentioning because of Terra’s check and him being blocked N3/N4 being believable even if his role information wasn’t out there.
