senseis are not supposed to play the game for you but if you have general questions like what things are meant in our internal community lingo, then you can ask her. for example, you can ask what does "Blarg will be Blarg" means (Blarg isn't a player in this game) or you can ask what does MyLo/LyLo means. Or you can ask her for support when things get overwhelming. She can also provide general support and information with regards to mafia mechanic and terminologies.

While he's not in this game, Blarg is somewhat of a notorious player among our regulars. If you want to see why, check out the invitational going on.
Mylo and Lylo refer to the endgame of a Mafia game. Mylo = Mislynch and Lose. Lylo = Lynch or Lose.
When the game is said to be in Mylo or Lylo, that means the town players in the game must correctly lynch scum, or they will lose the game. However, in Mylo, town also has the option to delay the game by voting for a no lynch. This causes another night phase to happen, usually resulting in another death happening, and pushes the game into Lylo. Town may not no lynch in Lylo.

Just as a heads up, most people don't. That doesn't mean that you can't or shouldn't. (One of my favorite players used to roleplay every game as a different character, often choosing characters completely unrelated to the theme of whatever game she was playing.) Just be advised that RP isn't really typical for our games.

Sounds ridiculously overpowered but there must be other fear inducing powers out there.
It is considered poor sportmanship to care more about your own fun that your team winning?
I'm feeling like killing on day one :) but there are more chances of hitting a lawful citizen, naturally....

Your ability is only activated on ODD days/nights, on EVEN days/nights, you are effectively Vanilla.
You are aligned with THE BAND OF THE HAWK (Town)
You win when all threats to Town have been eliminated.

In most Mafia games, you will usually find out what alignment and role someone was once they're lynched. This is known as as a flip.
In very rare cases, usually reserved for bastard or non-standard games, there may not be a flip. But this is fairly uncommon unless it's a mechanic. Dark Souls Mafia was one of the only games I think that had no flips right away as a mechanic.

I don't know if doing it, I dont know anything, not having info sucks.
If I want to do my trick with better chances of hitting scum I would need to wait a good chunck. Second half of game best. But I would have big chances of being terminated before, ah decisions...
What tools should I have? I made an spreadsheet to keep track of votes and that's it.
Also how many scummies there are usually in a game? Sqrt(#town)?(4-5 here)

You'll find a lot of different opinions on day 1 no lynches. I think it's best if you ask in the game thread once the game starts, or google your own research on it.
As for tools, you shouldn't need anything special. The game runners will keep track of the votes.
Scum varies from game design to game design, but typically I've always ran my games with around 20% scum to town.

I'm leaning towards the philosophy of that having as many town controlled kills, even if blindly and mislynch at the beginnig, increases the chances of town victory.
If I follow that, I will RNG STRIKE someone on N1, I feel bad for the fella that won't get to play a lot tho.
Not sure if you can comment on my thoughts, I just feel like sharing them at the moment.

Other question: whats happen if someone is striked/NK before a protector protects it?
Does the 'real time' in which actions where done matter? Or all investigative and protective powers used are activated before kill actions? Like, it's the same to protect someone at the beginning of the night that doing so just before the deadline.

There is typically an order of night actions, and in most games, the night kill will occur last. It doesn't matter when you submit your night action, as long as you do it before the deadline.
Real time is an interesting idea, but our community is spread literally all over the globe, so it is not really feasible.
Could be an interesting variation for Live Mafia, though.

All post counts ended with '10 votes for majority'
So why did Zook die if he had only 9 votes?
I thought that would be like a no lynch day, unless we were playing with plurality(the player with most votes is voted out regardless of it being a majority vote)

If the day ends, the person with the most votes is lynched. If majority is reached, the day ends automatically. If majority is not reached, and there's a tie, then it's (usually) a no lynch.

I couldn't find any scumtell tbh, but Lux looking for meaning in the item looks funny to me, so I will follow that.
Although Salva said that he gave the item to Lux, that is dead now if his medic roleclaim is true. Scummy.
So I RNG'd and got Kalor and almost striked him, but didn't because I decided that I was freaking out.
Although I think I'm in a disadvantaged position due to me changing votes 2 times in the end. Voting for Salva after he asked for it me was such a good move in my eyes. I shouldn't had let me be pressured by what everyone else was doing.
But again I didn't understand the 10 votes thing so no crying over spilled milk now.
So I have to survive 2 lynchs and 2 NKs to get to N3, I sure hope scum is going random, or that they aren't but believe in my poor scumhunting skills aiding them :p
