QuickTopic is kinda like a detached forum, you can make a thread and share the link with someone. In the very early days before we had access to a forum with secret pages we used QuickTopic threads for secret threads like mafia chat and lovers chat. It was also used to play some costume games.
All of these threads will be deleted when it shuts down so if you have any you would like to preserve now is the time.
