Yeah, quite a few of us were just in the nightless mini mafia so maybe just making the mistake of assuming we know the set up and not looking too closely.
And that makes sense on making sure you have someone with the knowledge of the role in case it becomes important!

Do you mind me asking a little more about how the chat works? When this one closes at day end, will it reopen on the next day phase with myself still here or will it be wiped and you start a new one with a different party goer? I'm pretty sure there's a party happening in the time loop in the show, so if it's the latter together with the extra rule, I wonder if the day one game phase really is going to loop lol you get an opportunity to invite someone else each day and see what they've learned and townies don't die, we just loop until we get scum or run out of an allotted number of day phases. Or we lose our vote and we lose when we cant outvote scum anymore.

Actually, I don't know. My role PM just said that this one will be closed at day end so I asume that this one will be lost forever and whoever I chose to party with tomorrow will get a new shiny thread. But it wasn't specified.
I could try asking Natiko but why spoil the surprise.
Natiko was very specific when he said that only voted out players will remain in the game. For me that means that scum can make kills and those killed players are truly out of the game. But I don't have a clue how the lynched players remaining in the game would work so I will just wait and see how it develops.

In the name of making use of the gossip chat and spreading a little bit of trust, I'll mention something I haven't mentioned overtly in the thread so far: your invite wasn't the only thing I receiver yesterday evening, I received a piece of charcoal. My guess is fruit vendor? So perhaps I'll be able to corroborate someone's role later. I scanned some resources looking at other roles but the item doesn't seem to have any value or function so I don't think it fits another role.

The thing with a fruit vendor is that they are usually used to screw up with trackers but a day fruit vendor seems weird. I have a theory based on my role that most, maybe all, roles must be used during the day but I don't see how a day tracker would work.
Do you have some lean of who could have sent you the charcoal?

No not at all, I tried looking at the thread around when it was sent to see who was/wasn't active and for any breadcrumbs but nada, and no one picked out my mention.
I'd note that in Dad Joke there was a fruit vendor with no tracker in the game, it effectively acted as a soft town conformation for Anex but yeah, exactly how everything works is up in the air.
Imo there won't be any sort of night actions, I believe the twilight phase was implemented entirely to prevent the burnout we all suffered during mini mafia nightless and wouldn't exist otherwise lol so I think it can be considered there will be no between day phase actions and everyone's roles have been modified to day actions. I'd get behind that theory until disproven anyway.
