You wanted to enjoy a relaxing retirement in the Five Stars Fiction Hotel after your series ended, but Disney just had to dredge up making a movie. To make things worse it was even live action! Great! Now your popularity is going up and down like a seesaw and you were kicked out of your room on grounds of false tag identification. Annoyed and without anywhere to vent it you realized that the only way to get back your damn retirement is by reclaiming your lost popularity. As luck would have it the 99th annual Leading Stars of Fiction convention just happened to be right around the corner and you've heard through the spyline that a couple of dolts are bumbling around trying to infiltrate it. Judging by how you already knew their entire plan in 30 minutes after reading their search history, they're bound to fail without some expert advice. As a girl known to never back down from a challenge, you decided to use your well trained super spy skills to get things on track.

You are Kim Possible, and you are a JOAT (Jack of All Trades).

Fake Invitation: You are a Mary Sue.

You are aligned with the Upgrade my Tag Group (That is Scum).

As any excellent Spy knows, good communication is already half the battle. That's why wherever you are, you're able to:

Invite a player to a gossip chat to get information by using the command: Call Me: Target during the day. You'll both be placed into a chat the following night.

Submit the 1-shot night command Beep Me: Target A, Target B to redirect Target A to Target B.

And use the 2-shot night command Reach Me:Target to track where the target went at night.

Only one ability can be used every night.

You can also vote!

The Scum Team also has a faction kill. Just use the command Kill: Target at night.

You win when scum takes up more than half the remaining players.

I am a Jack of Two Trades

I think we should use my Forger N1 (assuming I live :death:) and write a Doctor PM or something like that.

I don't foresee the Vote Steal being very useful because if I use a stolen vote it'll give away the goose. I'll probably just steal a vote and not use it so that town has one less vote.

@lokiduck @Verelios no fake claims huh? Also how exactly does my Forger work, because "manipulate their role PM" could mean a lot of different things. Do I get to write my own role PM for them? Do I just get to change their names? Or am I just a glorified janitor?

No fake claims means that our names should work as townie claims. Not too deeply familiar with the mentioned names sans Han, but I don't think Kim or WW are considered evil, are they?

Limited info gain, two chatters. There's gonna be more of that I think lol. Any objections to me Gossiping with someone on N1? Blind track/redirect doesn't sound that amazing to me, unless we Rod and redirect someone to us or something.

Oh, I didn't copy it from my PM but I'm Ash Ketchum. It seems like RNG likes irony and I can't stop getting mixed with Pokemon.

Yeah let's do Doc then. I'll try to think of a good Gary/Mary Doctor candidate. I'm thinking like Doogie Howser or something lol? Child prodigy Doctor from a sitcom, probably unlikely to be a real role in the game but not completely out of left field

Also we should already start thinking of fake role claims to go along with our flavours. Kyan can just claim gossip and Fran can just claim jailer so those two are covered. This is Role Madness so vanilla probably won't be the best claim.

Roles flip with the entire paragraph of flavour, you do not get to see the original role PM beforehand, and you are told the alignment.

To add on, you can choose to keep the flavour and name, you just won't be able to see them before manipulation.

For max shenanigans, we should make these forges confusing as fuck. Don't do a simple doctor or cop, but throw in elements that make town paranoid. Perhaps cult stuff, dousing, I dunno.

My thinking was to create a Doctor PM that is as convincing as possible so even if I flip and town knows about the existence of manipulated PMs they'd still be confused about which is real and which is fake. If we make it too out there they'll throw it away when I flip, and they might even do so before I flip because we just had weird death flips in RDR and people discounted it and won't want to make that mistake again.

If I somehow live long enough to use the ability a second time, then I'd be more willing to go crazy with the role PM. Also if we accidentally hit a neutral, since we are unable to change their alignment, we could do something silly there.

There has been a small change and now my command is used during the day. Basically I select a target during the day phase and the next night phase they are blocked and have a chat with me.

I wanted to post this before OM died:

Just to be clear, your forge replaces the factional kill the night you use it, so you have to be the one that holds the gun, er, body.

Okay I read the wiki a bit for fake claim ideas for myself.

Quitter: Can leave the game at any time, which results in a role flip. Han famously quits on the Death Star run (at least at first). Isn't provable, obviously. This would be a bad claim when under duress but a good claim during a potential mass claim imo.

Bookie: Need to guess who will be voted out the next day, if guess correctly get a reward. Han is a gambler at heart. If I wanted to be cheeky I could even say I get an additional vote as a reward when I guess correctly and then use my vote thief ability one day. People would probably put two and two together but it would be funny, which is what really matters.

Commuter: Easy and safe claim. Han commutes in the Millennium Falcon. Downside: likely to be counterclaimed.

Bookie is good. Could alternatively be about guessing the NK (or any night deaths in general) too. I had a role like that once and the reward for guessing correctly was an additional vote. People will make up the connection with the missing vote though, so might want to say that you weren't told what the price for guessing right was.

Commuter is a scum 101 fake claim, but it can work if you claim it when you are generally trusted and don't get countered.

Zook is spent, he has nothing left. This is role badness, who knows what can own us if we strong the most obvious townie ever. It feels like a losing play. We do need to kill him one day, but there are 15 or so others who need to go as well and they have powers and stuff.

But if events are controllable in any way, town can hugbox the rewards to Zook. is this what eza scum felt like oh noes

Let's kill someone between Jman,Wizard and LP. The 3 of them played the last game and lived long enough that I won't feel that shitty with killing them when they weren't able to make a single post. Killing someone who hasn't played in a while when they weren't able to play feels really bad to me.

I was genuinely lookin forward to playing with Fate too :( I always have bad reads on them cuz I don't know them well. We were gonna be besties by the end of this, then Zook snatched it away.

I agree with this sentiment, even if I am not 100% sure about those names. Although judging from last game jman is a player who is almost impossible to vote out during the day so maybe that would be a good option.

We could also just strong kill Zook lol

We don't have a ninja but we did have an anti-lightning rod, so no idea if they'll have a tracker or watcher but it seems less likely than if we had a ninja?

I can agree with no killing the event winners. We may not know what they win and they could get protection. I'm ok killing someone who participated and didn't win.
