How did your talk with the Wizard go? I’m in the minority in not town reading that slot so I’d be interested in hearing how it went (and no I’m not asking for details of any claims or anything of that ilk).

I’m disappointed in how that day end went, just an absolute mess between the modkill and the inconsistent rushes I’m not entirely sure how to view the voting data there.

Yes, I have some part in that. Honestly I'm really lost right now. I think my biggest scum read would be Kopite but I didn't want to go that route because he was away. Something similar with Muffin.

That's why I decided to look at other wagons and I thought that Darkside looked bad (his vote on Wee and how he unvoted, how he claimed) but with the modkill I had nothing.

I didn't liked any of the wagons: I know that Rando said that Malus could have made some play when he forgot Bojack but I don't buy it. I think that was a town mistake.

I'm still townreading Rando. He going back to a previous game to check how people acted is what he also did in the last game and he was town. Also too much work for scum.

I could have voted Zipped (I was mostly townreading him because I misread Fate's role and thought he was a lightning rod) but even then I wasn't sure.

Yeah, those random votes at the end were really weird. I expect Sorian to do stuff like that, but now confirmed town Zipped and most likely town Zook happily followed when not a single player other than Sorian had really said anything negative about Rando.

I need to try and look back at all the players. I’m town reading too many people so I have messed this up somewhere lol

I'm null on many people. And most of the scum reads that I had made something that made me stop thinking that. For example Nin, I was scumreading Nin yesterday but him locking his vote that early doesn't seem like a scum move. Then D3 when I checked Hawthorn I thought that maybe they could be paired (Hawthorn's breaking a triple tie on Melon after townreading her made sense as scum protecting a partner) but Nin's claim seems real. It was a real mess but the mess that I expect Nin to create in that situation. So I don't really know.

Yeah, the only thing that puzzles me with nin is the flavor target situation, but maybe it is all just a red herring for some sort of 50/50 outcome type thing. Either way, I don’t think I’d explore that avenue particularly soon.

On a different topic, I’m hesitant to full claim but I will say one thing. The reason I mentioned to LP his theory on Mary’s having weaker unconventional roles and Gary’s having stronger, more conventional roles being incorrect is I have a pretty strong role, but I’m a Mary. But from my loose understanding of the theme of this game I’m a bit of a “Mary Stu” origin character which might okay a role in that.

Yeah, I think the same. Even more with Vere and Loki changing the flavour but keeping the same condition.

I agree that I didn't felt mafia with that mess. I just not sure how her role works and Wee never helps to understand it.

I agree. VA is another mess that I don't want to move up or down because I'm not really sure what happened during the night phase.

Yeah, plus Sorian aggressively defending him has me??? I thought the inference was VA might be the other doctor, but then VA said his targets should know he targeted them so now I just don’t know what Sorian was on about so aggressively.

Yeah, I'm not sure either. Sorian defending him should mean that he knows something but I don't understand when or how he knows. Sorian was blocked the first 2 nights so, unless is a passive or a day command, it shouldn't be part of a power he has.
