Yeah this definitely feels like it's going to get down to the wire with a bunch of spread out votes lol it could go any way rn.

I'll say, it's a quiet game but it has been a really nice game of mafia so far, D2 and we have a lot of reads being put down, you can see folks picking them up and trying to turn them around and puzzle them with their own reads. Good stuff

It was MafiaEra where a red check (on Thorny?) was ignored right? And I am 90% sure Geno has faked a red before.

Why is Zeke so anti chat maker claiming? As someone who has a general distaste of early claiming I think it would be good if that person did come out.

Welp that day could have went better for town.

Town still has a good shot as poor as the odds may currently seem, if they are able to get one scum the dominos will start falling, and the one scum they can get should seem obvious at this point.

Shout out to Geno for a dominant neutral performance.

Brutal. I think in that position you're always terrified of not doing the red in case you look ridiculous later and they are actually scum, but there is a case for when everything is pointing otherwise.

This is very tight but I agree with random, it can still be town's game. Geno also leaving kind of does them a favour because they don't need to kill him tomorrow and lose another to NK. Scum need to pick a good kill for tonight on a player that might lead town against them.

ehh, chat maker claiming doesnt change the geno/lp situation. Besides if there is one and town, scum know who that is could lead them to killing another important role like doc or something

The thing that is pinging me about chuggs is they way he reacted to the chat/geno/lp thing. He was acting like he knew we wouldnt catch mafia/scum in either LP or Geno. I could be reading too much into that, but idk. His framing was weird for someone that didnt know

I would go back to day 1 and look at those wagons. Wiz's wagon was pure, then you have SP/Nin voters. SP was town with leaves nin.
Looking at that, I think it's a good chance fate/wiz are scum.

I was a little unsure about Chuggs after the first two days, he was taking the easy votes in a way that I didn't like. But I really thought he got going halfway through D3, even if he pulled up a short the process was still there, to the point where I felt pretty sure he was town.

Fate is basically open wolfing.

I think I believe Hawthorn. Her reads are poor because they hinged on me flipping scum and that didn't happen. Her claim is too convoluted to fake.

Maybe they no vote at 6 left to get to 5 but good luck picking out 2 scum from Wiz, Hawthorn, nin, VA, and Swamped/Chuggs.

Still think it's Wiz. He's pushing Hawthorn almost out of nowhere and thinks nin is scum. Also was off wagon yesterday. Last day Fate asked why Hawthorn was off wagon the first two days. They're setting her up for a mis-vote.

I can't tell how serious you're being friend, but don't beat yourself up, you did well. It looked like you had fun, you made it a nice way into the game, I had fun reading your posts in game and in scum chat lmao made me wish I was in the friendly neighbourhood chat again.

My first impression was that you were on your town side but when Chuggs asked me why and I looked closer I didn't see much there at all. Of course I was busy and dead so I didn't really dive in.

at the start of the game, i tried to fake my townie selfie but i just couldnt get that anger and that mindset i have when im town so i guess started goofying around

See at the point I proposed this I was so convinced it was evil Geno, that I thought no was going to claim. Which would mean either it’s scum who are letting it happen or Geno (and I guess LP) Even if scum claimed it they’re now on the hot seat if stuff goes bad. And if they’re town whatever. I’ve claimed gossip day 1 before and had scum leave me alone so I wouldn’t be too worried about a chat maker.

It 100% would have worked also

I had legit questions I had about Geno and his claim(that I was right about btw), but I guess you handwaved it away as "zeke is in a tunnel" or "zeke just doing omgus". Just like you assuming I didnt believe the chat existed or there was a chat maker because "zeke is in a tunnel". I never said the chat didnt exist.

Then you spending all that time talking about the chatmaker in that scenario, instead of side eyeing Geno's claim looks suspicious, especially after Geno flips neutral.

Whole situation reminds me 80s wrestling mafia where you straight up told Geno to not respond to me, when I had legit question directed at him and he turned out to be mafia.

If we want to make a big deal about players being wrong in a mafia game, everyone can go on for days about it. So why is it me specifically you are going at?

Hard to see town winning this. Hawthorn seeing scum say they're in a good spot might clue them in, but there's too much uncertainty around Wiz, nin, and Hawthorn.

This is why I really hated that Sparks vote (especially when he town yelled at the end), no one left has been under pressure aside from Wizard and D1 nin. LP vs Geno took up D3 and Fate was caught D4, scum have just been able to really chill with their votes.

I think the last scum is Wiz. I remember he can be bus happy as scum and that Hawthorn vote D1 plus the standoff today look like they're done for town points. I assume he faked the item switch to frame Hawthorn and that was a good play. See if town bites.

As for VA, I remember at the start of Day 4 he comes in with an early vote on TWE. At that point in the game, 2 town votes on a townie and scum could've stacked to win. I think they would've been more cautious at day start especially with a pending mass claim. So to come in and vote someone not really scum read and before they've claimed...kinda townie.

I guess town will choose between Wiz and nin tomorrow.

Wiz and Hawthorn did feel a lot like what he and I did at the end of Kirby. The only thing that gives me a bit of pause is that I'm not sure that would have been required.

Being a ghost at that point was hard. I hadn't really gotten into the game fully yet and there was some definite slacking because I found it hard to care as much.
