Just a quick look at the Houseboat votes on D1, Kayak's def looks a bit different now since they were the first to switch off and it came before the claim, possible that was a Scum backing off the early bus.

If Lifeboat really is Scum like Cruise believes, (as well as Inflatable and Skiff I think) I can see the world where it's them and Kayak.
