Hi Geno, to get to the point of things:
1) I made this chat
2) This is not a normal night chat
3) I brought you here as I find your play suspicious, it reminds be of your play way back in Transistor
4) If you are town I would highly recommend you convince me of this
5) If you are scum you should know that I have breadcrumbed my targeting of you, so killing me won't save you

Muffin's entire thing seems to be night chats while for me its just one element (or is it). Regardless with the supposed shop keeper around it seems that night chats are a recurring element of the game. Personally from a design perspective I think it's unlikely muffin is scum, he claimed three powers which should all be verifiable and malus' PM indicates Hedin didn't give scum extra powers that exist solely for a good fake claim. Malus could essentially be a goon with town powers tacked on but I think that's unlikely/
My speculation is of the three of us only the shopkeeper is non town and even then they're a fairly benign xp needing neutral. If it turns out there are even more roles creating chats then that makes it more likely that Hedin sneaked scum among them and I'd need to reset expectations.
Finally assuming my above speculation is true, if scum has multiple JOATs like malus then they could have a power about finding info from night chats, so if you are indeed town I'd be wary of hinting about a role in here (I probably said too much in my first post but I wanted to make the stakes clear and also it was past 2am for me).

What's your general opinion on the game state? I'm going to be pushing for a Chuggs flip, I was reading through some of Eastenders Mafia last night where he was scum and one player aptly described the signs of a scum chuggs and they seem to be applying here (e.g. overly argumentative). Additionally:
- I really don't like his claim
- His flip helps solve the Sorian question
- The few qualms I've had with my read have been ignored by everyone so I'm come to the conclusion they're irrelevant.
My current scum team is malus, chuggernaut and you. I think there's a fourth out there but really no idea who it is atm.

I think Chuggs is fine, I don't think he's scum but he has fooled me before to be honest, my power is messenger, my tier 1 is pretty shitty where the message is either delayed or sent to the wrong target(50% each), the tier 2 I just unlocked to prove my power to you, either the message is delayed by a night or it's sent right away, the last tier is just the message being sent right away. It's pretty meh that's why I never really tried to hop on people for the XP, I can prove it to you by sending you a message this night, hopefully winning a 50/50 with no delay, or we can strategize and send it to someone else and see how they react. (I'll check this chat regularly). If I had to guess we're talking 4 scum + 1 neutral, 5 scum or 5 scum + 1 non killing neutral(maybe the shopkeeper). Ty4on is a scum lock for me, he slipped hard, I still think there's a high likelihood turm is also scum because of his weird interactions thus far, nin is whatever, the double vote doesn't mean anything for me, I'd vote there easily without ty4on in the picture. Fran is his usual town self and Sorian also seems town to me. TWE is a notorious busser, if he's on every scum lynch then he's the final scum. Melon is a ? for me and so is Wizard, I can't get a good read on either this game, Wiz is usually a tiny bit more active as town I feel like and I can't remember anything from melon's previous games. I guess this leaves Natiko, who playes like Natiko when he has no time to play the game, I'd say town.
Gun to my head if I had to name 3 scum I'd say Ty4on, Turm and then Melon or Wizard.

Lol sorry I forgot nin in my gun to my head thing, malus flipping with a power that makes people loved/hated is interesting considering nin claimed that as well. Not sure what to think about that, might be a you and Muffin situation there where both coexist, nin could just be a scum double voter period. Anyway replace "melon or Wizard" with nin but it depends on how the game goes until then and if he actually does something

I find it interesting that you town read Chuggs given his claim and yours are pretty similar when you implied a potential conflict between my role and Muffin's claims.

I don't think it's similar at all, with you and Muffin you can both create chats, a messenger is at least a tiny bit more useful than a fruit vendor. malus' pm not mentioning XP isn't something that matters to me since the extra rule would've probably been on the first post of the scum chat anyway. As for the quoted post I feel like he probably felt safe voting a scummate, it was D1 where anything can happen, I mean we did vote out Neon.
Personally I dislike scum having powers not mentioned in their role PMs in non-bastard games imo what's stopping malus having 4 other powers not written as well if he has secret XP sharing powers but can concede that Hedin might not share that view.
I find malus opening himself to bussing two partners on D1 unlikely but I suppose it's possible.

I believe this is my first real game with Alexem(Iirc only played with him in a gif only game), he's generally a person who always said he doesn't have much time for large games so I didn't expect him to be very active, I liked what I saw from him but I'll admit I must reread him, can you let me know on the message? I've already unlocked the power and must use it this night, I don't think it's worth keeping for later.

I was just basing it off of what I would've done if I was running this game, of course this would be much easier if malus flipped with powers that were verifiable, say we knew a tier 3 power was used on someone, we could've gone back and checked if his XP added up and then would've known if it's possible or not. Something to keep in mind for later though since if we keep track everything should be accounted for XP wise.
I'd like to make the record clear that I was talking nonsence here, what was I on.
