I'll probably be read as scum for a Sawn NK, but given how close I was to getting flipped, I think getting a strong town kill is worth more than letting me go to the dogs on D3, and you and WSD getting another NK on N3

I think there’s a way for us to both come out of day 3 with a good amount of town cred. It’s going to involve us hard busing Devious though and I’m not sure if he would be down with that. I’m also not sure if he’s even reading this lol

Smokey Quartz up there in our fake claims is a fusion of Steven and the character that LP was. You could claim a doublevoter if you need to, but then you have to come up with a reason why you weren't using it lol. In theory, the claim would follow the same rules as the rules Exodus laid down, but we would need to flip him to make sure (Which I would rather not do yet.)

Yeah, Exodus got turned into a lighting rod so every night action went to him, including our kill, our role find thing, and some kind of protection. So we still have a doctor out there.

If it makes you feel any better town really wants to kill nin so you can probably hang in there for another day

Yup. But it makes my claim easier, now I can claim 2 shot and say I checked Neeks night one and Exodus night two because of the lighting rod. I can say my original plan was to check you, but the lighting rod messed it up. Town being dead helps us, although it makes things kind of boring lol. Just going to watch as they take down nin, and then we can kill Neeks tomorrow. They seem to have forgotten about you already. I was trying to see if anyone would bite, but no one even seems to care about my vote there lol.

It's still super early so who knows how this ends up, but town is going to be so pissed if they lose. They had our entire scum team on day 2, but they just couldn't put the connections together between us. (Which to be fair, was kind of what we were going for.)

Your mention of Sawn, Neon, Ket, Exo, and Stan sounds good. I'd say the order is pretty good, too. Do you feel like exo is still lying about his power?

I'm actually glad you didn't claim check on me :D I think we need to keep a good amount of distance, especially after I just laid down my nin-WSD fanfiction out like that

That’s probably all of his role. Having a double vote forever as long as two certain players were alive always seemed kind of busted. Fair enough, about the check. I’ll claim I tried to check nin if it comes to it. I might switch Exo and Stan, but the rest of that list will probably stay how it is unless we figure out who the doctor is.

Some quick thoughts for now:

1. I'm essentially lunchproof in LyLo (unless there is another double vote), so if I get there we can only lose if our night kill gets blocked in case of a scum lunch. (ex. 4T vs 3S -> 3T vs 2S -> 2T vs 1(lynchproof)S -> we win)

2. If I get pressured I can play the loved card and probably frame exodus as the scum counter to that (though someone else should bring it up, otherwise why wouldn't I claim right after exodus claimed?) This would however mean that once exodus flips it will be clear that I'm the scum counter to the town double voter. Similarly if exodus has already flipped I can no longer claim loved due to the same reason (or at least only as a last resort).

3. I would try to keep exodus alive until a day before lylo at which point I can claim and get exodus lunched to get into lylo where it doesn't matter if I'm confirmed scum (assuming we already found the doctor and there is no other power that messes with the night kill).

I think z-beat may be the other potential lover and he is looking for a specific flavor name. KetKat joined in on the flavor talk on day 2 which would support that theory. Though that leaves the question why they don't just reveal their name to the game thread...

There seem to be a lot of powers that can block a night kill. Though not sure if there is really a doctor or if last night was protected by the jailer.

It's also possible that exodus received the bullet proof vest in addition to the lightning rod. Would make sense for Sneeks to give those items to the same person, since the lightning rod would pull the night kill while the bp would cancel it.

okay it's not this scenario, so there is probably still a bp around. At least that would be one of the first items I would give away.

I'm trying to figure out Neek's powers. Like we know that lighting rod is legit, but that BP sounds not legit, and this lie detector power seems kind of weird? Like if I were to say "I had a good dream last night" and Reki used the power on that statement what would Monkey say to that?

I don't think exodus got the bp. If he got a message after receiving the lightning rod it would also trigger a message if he received the bp. So I think it was just the jailer that saved him.

This is so frustrating. I can't do anything right now but wait. Seems they will check me anyway (and as town I wouldn't even mind) so no point in fully claiming, and framing reki as the scum will also hardly be possible since they will first want to lunch the red check.

This is probably going to come down to the wire. We need to get town to kill 3 people while we hit all our NK, and I think I can get town to kill 2, the third kill might be trouble, especially if either B-Dubs or Z-Beat get green checked. I've been building up a case for scum Loki and Kong to use later, but I just don't know if I'll be over to pull it off.

Not sure what to do about the NK tonight. I'm worried about Reki protecting them self. I think a good idea would be to kill Reki if they messes this up, but to kill someone like Stan, Neon, or Ketkat tonight if they get an accurate red check on you

This is what I think is a good plan. If Reki nails Malus or any of us here, we don’t kill Reki. If Reki doesn’t, then we kill Reki. If we don’t kill Reki tonight then we need to on the next night though, because we can’t leave that jailer power laying around.
