I made myself too relatively high profile during D2 in Console Wars. I guess part of it was because I wanted to continue how I was in D1 without having a significant change in style, and also because I kinda feel uneasy in a low activity game. But really, my objective at that point was to survive no matter what, so I shouldn't have acted as I did. Lesson learned.

Actually it is funny cuz during day 2 I said to myself, this dude has to be town because he is putting way too much extraneous effort needed for the game as scum to stand out needlessly.

The problem is a lot of town voices are off in their own tangents, and they're ignoring other opinions. Scum have been sloppy this day phase, they can easily get lynched based on the evidence on the page.

I think everyone has to learn the lesson of the apathy towards mega posts.

I did a few of them in my early games, and went by mostly ignored.


I adjusted and now when I do mega posts I usually refer back to points made within them with shorter, more direct posts.


I think GoG suffers from this as well, she collates lotsa notes and then doesnt post, instead doing one or two big summary posts in a day. There's very little reactive short posts to what's actually going on.


She is improving, there's been more of that in Day 3, but its still not the right balance.

Two things:

1. Vigi has another shot, maybe they're holding off currently for that
2. The fact Sawneeks died and LP died as a hider makes scum also killing Sawneeks pretty likely. Don't know if the vigi has considered that though. No Town seems to have picked up LPs very clear breadcrumb on D1.
