I don't think we should move everyone to one location. Too big of a risk to get poisoned/doused in one go.

Locket is for endgame and unfavorable situations. Kill is a kill and I think we should take it now. Could use it to shoot Zipped or if you all want to go bombastic, use it on some big poster. It is a private shot, you can't really claim it for town karma. The battalions are straight from Risk, I'm not sure what we do with them. Controlling people essentially is a soft RB, but I think we'd be better off going for the hard RB on someone. If we do that though, anyone we pick will gain town karma.
I kind of want to shoot Sorian, but zipped is a good choice. I just don't want to hit scum :(
