Also we have no fake flavour to go with the claims so I did a quick wiki crawl. Tilly Jackson definitely seems like a vanilla claim. I think I could take Leopold Strauss as my claim, he's a loanshark so I could claim I collected an extra vote as collateral or something for my double vote ability.
HOWEVER literally all of these characters are or were part of Dutch's Gang at one point, which is our literal mafia name. Idk how useful they're going to be as fake claims as a result? Seems like they'll be useless as soon as one of us flips. I guess if a townie that is also part of the gang flips first maybe we'd be okay?

I think there's probably a handful of characters on town side that were part of Dutch's Gang in the game that are town roles. I only played a bit of the game, but John Marston and Sadie Adler are guaranteed to be town roles. I wouldn't worry about that angle too much.
I'm good with any of the claims. I have an idea for a fake claim and I don't need a specific name to make it work because they all equally do not fit the claim T_T

I think there's a good chance Terra may be Arthur Morgan lol I was figuring that role needed to be an investigator or vig, and I'm not sure why he would claim vig in a way that emphasizes he's trying to hide his character name.

I'd say it's worth a shot, maybe subtlely see if melon has some input on it as the day develops? Your pm made me think she might be connected and know something about Arthur somehow.

I don't know who we should kill, Ephi seems to be the most town read but her reads aren't close to us so I'm not worried about her right now. Sneeks would be a good one, but could put Fanto in danger. Everyone else I feel could be a mislynch so I don't have a strong opinion.
Faddy's probably getting watched tonight so i think we should leave him alone. I think jman would be a good cop check, he seems to be hinting at a good PR.

ok, since Fanto has 2 strongman shots, I think we can pretty much kill whoever we want tonight. My preferences are between Ephi, Terra, Donnie, or Sneeks (there may be some other people who are highly townread I'm not thinking of). also Ephi would feel good about finally being night killed in a game, so that's a bonus \o/
I think I should throw my shot out at someone that is unlikely to be protected. I'm afraid that if I choose someone that's protected, we won't know for sure if that person wasn't Arthur or was protected. I'm open to suggestions on this.
I also think Kopite should throw his investigation out somewhere. No idea if we'll get back a flavor name or a role name, either way we stand to gain more from finding out role information sooner rather than later.

Leo does make a good point re: Jman however. Knowing Jman's role ahead of time is always good for Mafia, because he's always going to try to trick us at some point.
Agreed that Leo should sit on his shots for tonight, RB shots are always more powerful later in the game.
I'll gladly use a Strong shot tonight, the only question is for whom the bell tolls. Terra is a good candidate IMO.

I think there's definitely a chance. Leo's concern that he may be watched tonight is valid. I think there's a chance Faddy might further unravel himself, too, so I'm fine keeping him around.

I have a little tinfoil hat here that maybe Arthur is part of another scum team. I’m not sure what flavor would fit for a second scum team, but a splinter gang from Dutch’s makes some sort of sense. Might be a bit out there, but another reason to check Maol imo

The way Donnie has been agreeing with me and town reading me has me a little sus. We mind meld sometimes, but I think he's usually a little more careful when we play so I'm a little surprised I've pocketed him like this (and makes me think he's the one trying to pocket me).

Even if you go that route, i think you should claim though :( i was researching Strauss and I saw he's a loan shark that sends Arthur to collect money from loaners... That could work with a crazy Geno mechanic involving some kind of currency that only you use and the name Arthur, since we know he's in the game

I am going to go with something like this though if people really press me for a full claim. I'm going to say that I'm a Loan Shark and I need to collect debts from people at night until I reach a certain dollar amount, then I win. I'll say it only works on people that owe me money though, or something, and that I have no way of knowing who owes me, I just randomly pick people and/or google search flavor claims and hope to get money.

Sorry, all, I'm having a tough time playing the game right now due to stuff going on and I'm just getting stressed out about it. Already feel bad that I went after Fanto there and might've messed that up. I've asked Chuggs for a replacement.

Ok, so word from my esteemed colleague is that there might be multiple scum teams and some neutrals. Unclear if thats something town might posit at this point as well or if it plays into the earlier theory I've seen here that it may be a neighbor chat of 2 non-aligned scum members.

D1 I replaced in for Rando, who had gotten some slight heat but nothing major.
Lux (Vanilla Town) was voted out, with me as the second wagon.
We targeted Sawneeks with a Strong Kill on N1. She was a Cult Leader with a BP Vest. Great shot.
We also Role Cop'd Maol, and were told he was a "Head of the House" which makes no sense.
And my BP vest was used.
D2 starts, Terra (Town Watcher) and Sawneeks show up dead.
ATP claims he shot me, but I wasn't dead. I say "Oh, must have been a Switcher or something, no idea why I'm not dead"
Enter Ephidel, who says she tracked ATP to me, so no way there was a Switch or Redirect involved, and I was in no way someone worthy of protection on N1.
I decide to claim as a Neutral, which is generally being bought in the thread, but they all still want to kill me today.
That's about where we're at.
None, Launch hasn't claimed anything yet.
After learning of the fact that there were not 1, not 2, but 3 killing powers used last night, Town is thinking there is either 2 Scum teams, or a SK on the loose.
We somewhat assume 2 Scum teams in here, based on our small size, but now knowing that there was a chance for a Cult, I could see us as a smaller team just because the Cult was expected to actually be around instead of us killing them on N1.
So, unsure.
