That's not what I'm saying. The tactic is bad because it massively hurts town on average, and we generally policy lynch to discourage it. I agree on all of that.

I just really have a problem with people lynching because of reasons that aren't entirely related to whether people are scum. I've experienced this a lot when it comes to people doing anti-town behavior and we just end up offing the sketchiest player of the current day phase without even seeing whether it makes sense. Because out of all the scum I've witnessed they rarely do things that would put them at risk unnecessarily.

TMBG scum is on the back foot, but there's plenty of room for them to turn this around, provided they tread carefully and don't get too desperate for risky maneuvers

Both scum and town are depleted of their powers here - with the roleblocker on Verelios-trolling duty, scum just has the Driver, but that won't do much good against the remaining town powers. Those powers are a slight boon to town, but town's gotta get deep into the weeds of scumhunting to seal the deal.

That said, it still sucks getting killed in a game largely because of how another game went. *shrug*

Yeah. It's now less about powers and more about pure scumhunting and that's really fun to watch play out. I think Scum may have a change to pull through but considering they have lost so many it's going to be an uphill fight.

Unfortunately it happens every now and then, especially with a 'decided' lynch like it is for Melon. The uncertainty around her is enough to get people to get people to just stay on her lynch despite all else so it just...makes the Day slow down.

Things will pick back up though. They just need to get past this and it'll be fine.

If you roll Doctor again, that's definitely something to keep to yourself. there's no real town benefit to letting everyone know that, and only helps scum in being able to kill you.
