Right since Apop turned out to be mafia (I'm so happy I was right about that BTW) I'm willing to believe that Chuggs was controlled by wee on day 2, though I am still unsure about day 3 as wee had no power about controlling votes.

However I have an explanation for why Chuggs voted Aeleus then. He wanted his honor to stay neutral.
