I thought about making the game that I am currently working on as a costume game but that was another layer stuff that I didn't want to deal with on my first game here.

I remember my first Mafia game ever, which was also a costume game. I had no idea what I was doing, or much of how the game worked. When I got my role, I truly thought we were supposed to roleplay our characters, so my first few posts were in-character. It's funnier looking back on it now, because the room's reaction was kind of, "....what the fuck is this person doing...? They must be scum."

I'd love to give one a go again.

I like the most recent post by Malus, basically raising the idea of suspecting GP and dismissing it in the same sentence, good technique.

This totally isn't hindsight but they should really be questioning the Alignment-ness of malus' Role; like a Power that lets you choose who dies in the event of a tie? One could really argue that's way more scummy-Protective than pro-Town

Town in this community really hate ties, though. To them any role that helps them get a kill at the end of the day is good for them, even if it always happens to be town that gets killed.

I'm just gonna say I'd murder a claimed cop checker immediately. I am usually anti-game design-theory-kills but I'd make an exception there lol.

It's always hard to separate our reads in spec from what we know, but surely they call LP out on this. The silence, having to have all of this info yanked out piece by piece across multiple posts.....That HAS to be raising alarms, right?!

I was thinking that, but since it's LP, I feel like it might be a more muted response since I could see him believably doing this regardless of alignment. They should press that point, though.

They know N2 doesn't look right.
Further, they're using N5 when Sparks admitted to roleblocking someone as part of their "this adds up" evidence. If he did RB Cheshire that should rule her out as kill submitting scum, which should put the focus back on Malus.
If he didn't "wtf was he doing?" is a valid question but surely Malus is still worth looking at again to potentially force them to forgo an active role to kill next time.

Yeah, GP feels very safe. Even if they lose malus and LP on consecutive days town should also be losing Zeke and Alex. You're going to have GP with a confirmed power that appears very town vs two new players and Sparks at the end and it would be pretty easy to get Sparks out at that point.

Town needs to get into scum’s head for a second here. It’s MELO - scum is going to try their best to win today if they can. They won’t go for a bus if they can help it. There are too many people talking about voting Sparks out for him to be on the scum team. If you're getting overwhelming support for an elimination on MELO, that needs to start setting off alarms.

If I was still alive and had time to really monitor the game live, I would be probing with my vote here, do some hit-&-run voting/unvoting see who's around and hungry enough to immediately follow because that'd at least be some extra scum-tell(s) to go off at least

I'd likely be gunning for Sparks too at this point sadly. The only thing that would make me hesitate is a gut-feel that it seems too easy rn and so I wouldn't actually end my Day voting Sparks, I'd likely be voting against someone else just to see if anything different than destiny happened... because on paper the movement against Sparks just looks too legit

Eh, you have to consider their lead. Unless the team is EXACTLY the POE this is a very prime spot to be happy to bus whoever the most exposed scum are.

Everyone is just afraid to put down a vote. Town knows that scum will just jump on it and scum aren't going to throw anything out. It's either going to be no vote or scum jumps on at the last 30 seconds.

Zeke's N2 results prove that either HP or LP are lying about their results given he's currently at 9 results if you included the vanilizer shot, all other players have there actions at least soft confirmed.

malus, ironically, posted the discrepancy in the results earlier, didn't he? I'm not sure why Zeke removed some of those night actions in his summary.
