The way you were on turmoil/bojack it would have had to been a mastermind bus job for you to go on them for like 2 days for me at least. I think I iterated that before I died so I hope they remember it. I wasn't too sure regardless though.

My problem is this only leaves Kold to roleclaim Red, since Nin's claim makes it seem like there has to be Red in the game unless it's a red herring lol.

If Fate is being truthful then I hate it when cops sit on a red check and let someone else get voted out that day. No problem letting the day go on and seeing what develops before dropping the check but don't allow yourself to be a position where you can get killed at night holding on to a check.

There was a mafia role in the first Transistor game that was very similar to nin's claim. Getting an ability after IC Red was removed. Would Aeleus switch the alignment for the sequel...?

I think maol just went for a gambit that ended up failing as town. I think hawthorn pulled a similar gambit in mario kart mafia where she faked a red check on launch/ambulance and managed to coax them into admitting it.

That was all Jman XD. We basically had a smoking gun, though, because we'd tracked them to the night kill. I don't think I've ever really seen it work out well for town to fake red checks based on a hunch.

That's true about it being a D2 check so need to look at D3. Fate did put in the first vote for turm but turn also moved to EC for some reason.

Day 5. Vote out Ambulance/Zipped. 8 left.

Night 5. Maol can act but not Fate. Assume scum gets the kill off. 7 left. Koldanar dies.

Day 6. Pick the other between Zipped/Ambulance. 6 left.

Scum gets a guaranteed kill on Fate N6 and they have to because he can act but not Maol. This is the safest option. 5 left.

Day 7. Me, nin, Hobo, Zeke, Maol. Vote me off or nin. 4 left.

Next night is Night 7 and since Sneeks had no self protection caveat, Maol can protect himself. Scum shoots either me or nin. Zeke is too risky to target. 3 left.

Now you have Maol and probably Hobo and Zeke left. 1 neutral, 1 town, 1 scum. Hobo can play kingmaker and scum can win with him. Who is scum then?

Honestly I think it's Maol.

Zeke's role seems too strong as it's essentially a one for one trade with scum. But nothing else explains scum and only scum dying N3. Also if scum had an extra day kill that they used on Sneeks, that can get around the reflection.

Maol has not proven his role and a universal backup also seems too strong in this setup. Which roles can he inherit that have an odd/even restriction? If everyone's claim is to be believed, only two: the doctor and the cop. That means town has essentially two cops or two doctors, with the second one hidden. Town has lovers and an IC to confirm themselves. Add in say 3 green checks (with a possible red) and that's 6/18 confirmed.



Maol pushed Zeke to reveal more about his role, and then floated a wild theory that scum shot BoJack. If scum died targeting someone, scum would want to know if they can do that again, and if they seem hesitant to reveal, that may be scummy. It's too risky to target Zeke at night so keep him until the end and try to undermine him as possible scum in the meantime.

Don't forget the fake tracker claim on EC. He claims it was to dodge the NK. There were plenty of options that night that had more town cred than Maol. It wasn't to get EC killed either because he was well on his way to dying before the claim even happened. It was done to lure out the real tracker.

BoJack was a Dante cop. Raz was a PR cop. A town tracker would be a logical counter, but Maol had to make sure there wasn't one in the game. He baited a counter claim. Either way, he'd use the backup claim and then eliminate the tracker freely, since the doctor is dead.

TL;DR: Maol is scum

1. Despite claiming to live another night and be useful, there's a scenario like the one above where he survives until the end. We have a tendency to leave claimed PR's alone so scum can resolve the slot, but scum has higher priorities at the moment.

2. Backup cop/doc seems too strong in this setup.

3. Fake tracker claim was done to bait a CC, as a tracker is one of the biggest threats to scum now. Nothing to do with trying to survive another night.

4. Don't forget Hobo is neutral survivor so town doesn't have that much wiggle room.

Mother's day is time usually spent with moms, though with covid it's hard to take your mom to a nice lunch or dinner. I think Fred just wants Kold to vote on everyone which shouldn't take Kold that much time to do given it's just 7 separate vote posts so I don't know what to say besides that really. I don't think 5 minutes is a big ask of anyone playing a mafia game but that's just how I feel.

I would have to think that Zeke kills Fate tonight. Only reason why he didn't last night because he didn't have his check and Zeke could get rid of the vig just to be safe. It couldn't have lined up better for him.
