@Aeleus you played really well! Great job. Scum got insanely lucky... but at least you got to see two scum go alongside you, hahaha.

Not really bothered about the afk lynch. I almost popped in last night but the post I was writing was a bit nasty so I deleted and went to bed. My main concern is just that people aren't using their heads.

You'd think when it's clear that I'm not coming back and my apparently final vote is on a confirmed scum... that you think I'm suspicious for... protecting (even though he wasn't even the leader when I started swapping votes)... there might be some reflection. Disappointing play by town. Feel bad for the scum team as well with the kaz thing

From an outside perspective, yeah I felt pretty bad seeing votes pile on you while you were asleep and never had the chance to react to the major events towards the end of the day. 20+ people in the game, plenty are there and acting scummy, but they decide to go for the guy who isn't around? I won't say I haven't been guilty of doing similar things in the past or that I would never have done it if I were in the game, but yeah, outside perspective, it felt bad seeing it happen.

So I'd like to apologize first to my scum team for dropping the ball so hard. That was a completely avoidable death. I almost voted for FEP when I came in and unvoted but I was like "no, no one will agree with that. I'd just get lynched faster". I'd like to also apologize to you, (again) Brazil and all the more that put so much time into running these games. Lastly for all the others whose experience was lessened because I was negligent, I'm sorry. Really embarrassed about how I went out. I already felt like I was ruining my first shot at scum super hard and now this.

There's a certain serenity when you know you're dying :P Anyway getting taken out from what's, in essence, a NK leaves you much less saltier than if you get lynched or survive till EOG and lose. I just wish Aeleus didn't go out with me, and it begs the question again why was I targeted?

Yeah I was super dumb. I went out last night to celebrate my first Mardi Gras (like three weekends before the actual thing, people are nuts here) and I got distracted and only checked my phone minutes after the day ended. Totally avoidable. Completely my fault. I knew what the room did and unvoted instead of placing down a vote. The idea was that by not putting any vote down people wouldn't have an extra reason to hop on the Kaz train.

As far as I’m concerned, my only regret is that you didn’t get to enjoy the game to the end. That really could’ve happened to anyone. Don’t beat yourself over it too much.

My only excuse is I was short on time to read back through the current day, and in a vacuum, your Day 1 vote wasn't ideal. I also stupidly thought Kaz wasn't scum. I didn't think 2 of the 4 people from Day 1 were scum.

They didn't know I had a verifiable town PR to claim. I'm sure they wanted to lynch me, but I threw a big wrench in their plans.

I wonder if the Vig would have popped me if I hadn't claimed, instead of Lux.

Last three paragraphs are the important ones. Other clues I dropped during the day:

I used the word devious multiple times. I town read devious and questioned votes on him for no particular reason. I said it was someone people had town-read and I thought was town.

I can't believe Zipped thinks I mean Kitsune. Townies should never lie, and I've scum read her the whole time.

The only time I've ever left a breadcrumb was for a fake role claim idea I had when I was Scum on D1, and oh boy did that ever work out in my favor eventually lol.

Y'all are too new to have seen the Star Wars game where I had to protect a player without them knowing it. Turns out they were scum. I spelled out his name(Raindoc) that way early in the game but nobody ever picked up on it.

A lot of them are assuming I'd claim if I had a single red check on D2. I probably would not. You have to breadcrumb, and try to lead town the right direction while watching that scum's behavior. If it doesn't happen immediately. Always play this game as if you were vanilla, cause reads and voting are the important parts. You'll never improve by relying on PRs.

Yup, both our scum kills have been lucky. Dayvig got one and neglect got the other.

To be fair, I think Lux was on his way out regardless of the Vig, but it still cleared up a lot of confusion to get it done early. Kaz was gonna take a bit more work, since we were ignoring Grizzly on D1. Not many people specifically went back to look at his posts/votes after he died.
