Someone landed on the community chest, got the card that gives them a night kill, and shot at Grizzly taking a chance that he wasn't town. We have no way of identifying who that is tho.

On Day 2 the Duck and the Cannon landed on the Community Chest.
On Day 3 the Purse landed on Community Chest.

I have no idea if you can use the kill the moment you can get it or not tho. Without that information, it's impossible to determine which of the three shot that. And without our cop, we can't check to see who they are.

That's exactly the kind of person you want to shoot as town as a vig, especially early on. It's risky, but the payoff can be huge if you actually hit scum like in this case.

So, hypothetically speaking, if someone were to roll a community chest card on N2, they wouldn't be able to use it until N3?

If so, that means our killer is most likely the Duck or the Cannon. Assuming it wasn't a neutral.
